The bed was really comfortable and we had a decent amount of space. The location is also at a perfect spot if you want to walk to the falls and Clifton hill - it's so close!! The staff were really friendly. They brought my husband a blanket at like 5am - they were very accommodating :) We were able to find parking for only $5 per night just around the corner instead of having to pay the $15 per night at the hotel (that is WAY too expensive). We also got a really good deal on the room since we came at a non-peak tourist time in early December.
We knew ahead of time about the parking costs from reading other reviews, (that's how we found $5 per night parking around the corner). BUT I still think the hotel should be more upfront about the $15/night online. They say that the parking cost is just how things run in Niagara Falls, and I understand that because Niagara Falls is a HUGE touristy place, but most other hotels we've been to don't charge that much, so I think it's still good to communicate that with customers more clearly. It seemed like they were trying to scam us a little bit by not telling us upfront online.

The hotel's location is excellent.
They did not clean the room, I had to call reception and they told me that cleaning is only done when requested.

PROS: • Great location – easy short walks to Clifton Hill area (rides, amusements, museums, shops, restaurants), Niagara Falls, Rainbow Bridge, Casino Niagara. • Great view (request an upper floor room, facing Clifton Hill) We were able to watch the Niagara fireworks and Dinosaur golf volcano erupt from our window every night and yes we could see the falls mist, etc. a tiny bit • Decent price compared to other hotels in the area • Price of parking ($17 CAN a day which is currently about $12.50 a day US). Yes, I would prefer free but considering that parking elsewhere in the area can run as high as $5 CAD/hr. or $30 CAD a day, not bad). • Felt safe walking to and from the hotel at all hours of the day and night (even close to 2am). • Back doors that were card locked that you could use for easier access to Clifton Hill, the back parking lot, Niagara and Casino. • Had a skunk friend roaming around there and Clifton Hill. • Outside smoking area with 2 small tables and sets of chairs (for you smokers). • Very easy check in and check out. They have an indoor pool that was open for the duration of our stay. They also offer an onsite buffet for breakfast for a charge; however, we didn’t eat there at all so we are not sure if it was worth the cost. However, it was quite popular judging from how packed it was every morning. While they do have another parking lot that they refer to as the front lot, the streets surrounding it could get very busy in the evenings, especially on the weekends, between pedestrians and cars. Easier in and out at the back parking lot. Also, be aware that there are at least 2 cannabis shops in the area. Overall, I would stay there again.
CONS: • Very firm beds – some might not like them. Still I slept well. • Limited selections to watch on TV (though we spent little time in our room). • Back parking lot often had just 1 or 2 spaces by the time we returned in the 9pm-11pm range on our days afield. I could see how they could run out of spaces pretty easily. • Back card entry doors locked between 12a-6a, necessitating a walk around the building to the main lobby. • If you exit out the back door by the pool, you do so right next to the smoking area. It would be great if they would move the smoking area farther away from the door for us non-smokers. • Very slow elevators and the hall/elevators could use some maintenance/cleaning love.

Location at the top of Cliffton Street, was ideal. Felt very safe even when returning late. Hotel was clean and staff lovely.
The only complaint is that the bath was very slippery. Nothing to stop slipping. I twisted my knee on the last day, which was very sore for four days, which quite ruined my trip to New York. We informed staff, who just shrugged their shoulders. They did say sorry though. Other Hotels had a mat in the bath to stop slipping. Not good if you are older. Please fix this as it did ruin part of the next leg.

The location is great because everything is walking distance to all the attractions. The property is nice and the staff is friendly.
I didn’t like that they were not cleaning the rooms every day instead you can only requested every third day of your stay. I feel this is completely unacceptable because they still have the excuse of the COVID situation. I have several problems with my car at their parking lot because someone damage our car and they were not responsible because I signed a waiver. I also didn’t like to be requesting toilet paper and some other things because since they were not cleaning I have to get them. I felt like I was begging to get things that I pair for my stayed.

Staff were so friendly and helpful! They would engage with a smile or small talk whenever encountered. This is the best staff we've ever seen at any of our hotel stays. The pool was clean and the beds were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was reasonably priced for the variety offered and convenience.
Setup in room we stayed in. The beds were near the door, and our room was near the exit on the floor. The door would shake every time someone entered or left the floor. This was alarming to my children throughout the evening/night and morning since they felt someone was trying to get into our room every time this happened. The window view from our room on the first floor was of a small alley with shipping crates piled and where staff would have cigarette breaks-kept our curtains closed at all times to avoid this view.

The location of the hotel was perfect for this stay as we were going to Komedy for Kidneys next door. The room itself was well appointed and clean. I'm a little disabled have a walker so the bathroom was very useable and the beds were comfortable, slept well. Great help from staff and although we paid for the breakfast it was well worth it. The dining room was lovely and the server helped me fill my tray and took it to the table. Very nice.
I felt for the cost of accommodation there was little to complain about. The parking was a problem getting through the gate with the card given I hope that gets resolved. Our room although close to the entrance and on the ground floor was off a very dim corridor. The view from the room was a wall.

Month after month, season after season, the consistently warm welcome and impeccable attention from the front desk throughout my stay has, like for many guests, been the reason I unfailingly return. My preferred suite-room was well laid out - opening to the living room with the bedroom down the hall. The mini-kitchen is ideal for families or anyone who plans to snack or dine in: there's a very practical mini-fridge with efficient freezer, and a full-size sink with even a spotless kitchen cupboard above. Furnishings might seem dated compared to 4-star contemporary style, but here, everything is easily comfortable and immaculate. It's sure value. There's no full restaurant or bar but it's no issue. The hotel is on a quiet street, but two minutes' walk to Clifton Hill and the main routes to Fallsview, Lundy's Lane and the historic old centre of Niagara with eclectic Queen St. Village of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in heritage buildings.

Staff were great. There were 2 men (one was new/Asian and Indian I believe) who checked me in and they were both so friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze. Finding our room was a bit tricky as we were on the west wing but we figured it out. The hotel was clean and the location was convenient. I've been going to Niagara for awhile and never thought of this place even though I normally park across the street. Would definitely go back.
The layout of our room was a bit tricky to maneuver to with the trolley.
