every thing is very good. the price was worth as the location and the fallsview room. staffs are very nice.

but due to the construction, the free parking is 3min walking distance. it’s still not very convenient for me. because I had to walk several times a day to get my stuff or put my stuff. especially I arrived at midnight, as a female, walking alone along the small street in the back of the building were a bit worried about.

The room was great, and I was actually, strangely, thankful that our room overlooked the parking lot. I didn't want the night life lights seeping into our room forcing us to close the curtains at night. The AC was on when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfy, the couch gave us somewhere else to sit while we looked at our itenerary together. The bathroom was very nice, and I'm glad there was enough soap for us both to use - some hotels only give you a little puck. Before arriving, we were alerted the hotel was under construction, and the parking would only be off-site. No worries! Though we made the mistake of parking elsewhere before checking in at 4pm, we should have passed by, because they gave us the parking pass to go drop our car off right away. Also, check out was a breeze. Just drop off our key and leave. Location was great! Just across the street from some food, and not even a 2 minute walk to Clifton Hill.

Completely not the actual hotel's fault, but I hadn't realized how many children would be running around yelling in the halls. Parents should be more mindful of other visitors since doors aren't soundproof.

Amazing location! I totally lucked out with a room on the 9th floor, facing the falls. I had a beautiful view of the SkyWheel, the nightly fireworks and even a glimpse of the American Falls through the trees. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed and pillows. It was cleaned well daily. The minifridge was large and set to the perfect temp. The price was amazing. I've been to the Falls 6 times previously and this was my best stay in terms of value for the money. I'm very happy.

The exterior windows could use a good washing. The hotel was under renovation when I visited and altho it didn't bother me at all, other guests may find it helpful to know that some of the facilities (restaurant, fitness centre, and pool) were closed for the duration.

Our stay at the Vittoria Hotel was terrific. The staff was very friendly; many remembered our names and were very personable. They said good morning and goodnight as we passed through. The room was large for being a junior suite, it had a mini fridge and a safe which we utilized during our time there. The rooms were also more soundproof in comparison to the other hotels in the area. Even with construction going on just a couple rooms down we didn't hear much at all. It was very peaceful. Housekeeping was also wonderful and did a great job keeping the room cleaned and refreshed. If you're planning on visiting Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls this is the hotel to be at! It's super close to all of the best attractions!

The room (we were in a junior suite) did not have a microwave, so you could not reheat any food stored in your fridge, this wasn't a huge deal but something I wish I had. Our only big complaint is the water/shower. I'm not sure if this was room specific (we stayed in 206) or if all rooms struggled with it, but we had difficulty adjusting the water temperature. It went from cold to very hot, but we couldn't secure a warm or a little bit less hot temperature. There was no middle.

Big room with a nice view towards the American falls Comfortable bed Friendly staff Great location Free Parking

The hotel was undergoing renovation and we found out only after we made the reservation. I have to say that we did not stay in the room for long time during the day and that we did not feel any discomfort because of the construction that was going on. The windows were a bit dusty and you would meet construction workers in the elevator, but it was no real discomfort. I think that is why they discounted also the price which I found more than fair given the circumstances and that is why we booked one more night at the property

The hotel located at a perfect location on the hill, close to the falls, entertainment, and restaurants. Everything in walking distance! The property was under renovation, but still very quiet. Parking was free, but a 2 minutes walk away in a open parking lot. We stayed in a suite that was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Easy check in/out. There are hidden restaurants around, so go and explore all of them!

No coffee in the lobby in the morning, we had to stay in line at Tim Horton's for 20-30 min. Had to wait for the elevator for a long time, we could not use the stairs due to the construction. It was raining when we arrived, and got a bit wet because there is no covered loading area in front of the hotel.

We were aware of reconstruction work in advance, but noticed little about it, even though we stayed for five nights, except from closed facilities. Spacey rooms, good beds, decent baths and nice staff as central as it getsfor a hostel price, Starbucks is less than 2 min away and worked as breakfast place. Given the construction discount, this was a real gem!

The only thing negative is that they only clean the rooms every 3 days (but you can let them know and ask for clean towels etc). They inform about this in advance, but rather than telling that they are saving costs while construction work is going on, they blame it on ”covid measurements”, which just is ridiculous when absolutely eveything else is open. This brings it from full score to 9.

The location is very good. It is very close to Clifton Hill and not a terrible walk to the water front. Our room was spacious, well decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The hotel is currently under construction so all of the amenities are closed which they did inform us of after we booked our stay. My biggest issue with the construction was the elevator usage and the lack of stairs. During checkout it took us 45 minutes to get all of our belongings down the elevators and out to the car. We had to make multiple trips because there were no carts available which is understandable because it was checkout but the 2 elevators could not accommodate the number of guests checking out, cleaning staff with carts and construction workers with large materials. It was ridiculous and frustrating especially since the stairs in the first floor are blocked and you can’t even use those. There has to be a better solution.

Perfect location if not going with a Fall$view hotel. Hotel is nice enough too and they are renovating so it should look nice when done. Parking included and the walk was not far. They gave us lots of free water bottles in the room too. That was nice.

The towels were paper thin and small. Straight out of a 2* Cuban resort, no joke. Cheap linens, plastic cups, etc. Not what you would expect when paying $400 a night, Canada Day or not. IF I had to pick only one of them to upgrade, definitely the towels, I mean even at a local 2* or 1* hotel, I would have expected something other than dollar-store towels.
