Excellent location- 2 minutes walking to blue line we go, 10 min walking to red line to Table Rock. The starting point to the Rainbow Bridge is a ten minute walk away. There are tons of eateries in the area. Feels very safe and I felt that way even on days I returned to the Inn at around 1130 pm. It's a big room, they allowed me early check in around 1 pm without a fuss. Greatly appreciated that. Feels very safe, I had stable internet in the room for most of my stay except for a brief duration one of the days when they were switching over to fibre. Staff at the reception don't volunteer any information or offer any help of their own but if asked any specific questions, they respond.

Zero amenities in the room- not even a kettle or a bottle of water. Lighting can be better. I think I paid a very high price for what I got but I guess that applies to all of Niagara Falls during a busy season

We love the location, it's close to all the attractions in Victoria Avenue and Clifton Hills, the staff are amazing, very nice, our room is spacious and although it's one room, the separate space where the other bed is, gave privacy for another person. The balcony is facing Victoria Avenue and we saw the fireworks from our balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we'll come back. Highly recommended!

It would have been perfect if they upgrade their air conditioner. It can't cool the whole room. Also, being in front of Victoria Avenue, you can hear the noise til early morning. It's not the motel's fault but again if the ac is working well then we would have been able to close the balcony door to lessen the noise but we need to keep it open as it's warm inside.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We got a jacuzzi room, and the bonus was a private balcony facing out onto the street! We enjoyed sitting out there, people watching and looking at the view! The room was nice and clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is incredible! Walk to everything! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay every time we come to Niagara Falls.

Only thing was maybe an update on the toilet seat. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Just keep in mind, the goal of the trip was to visit attractions and not the hotel, so what really matter is the location, how long time the room is clean and comfy We got unit 1 which was on the main floor and able to carry easy the bags in and out between car and the unit plus watch the car over the window It was quiet during our stay there ... no much noise over the night ... I was scared initially of potential noisy parties which will bother my kids' sleep ( possible the room setup helped )

- parking lot was pretty tight, I had hard time to get out my car in one day as I was stranded between 2 cars, lucky with an employee who guided me - room's smell was kind of old, but after some time of using the air conditioning it went away - wifi slow - my kids wanted to play some games on their tablets and had hard time because of the speed... they decided to watch TV or use local installed games... probably if you try to use it at peak times you have to wait until loads up everything - but not a big deal as we did not spend long time inside of the room

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Downtown Niagara amongst all attractions and Clifton Hill only 1 minute walk. The front desk staff were friendly and easy going, the room had everything as advertised, comfortable and clean and perfectly located.

Some work going on at the new hotel next door, started at 6.30am with the use of a hydraulic lift to install windows etc. Sounded like the reversing claxons from a reversing truck every couple of minutes every time it moved. Not the fault of the hotel we stayed at but maybe they need to get an agreement for them to start later as getting woke up at 6.30am wasn't great.

I was Pleasantly surprised by this little hidden Gem on Victoria Street. It was Literally 5 minutes (walking) from Clifton Hill and Lots of restaurants close by. We had dinner at The Keg (Marriott location) and it was a 5 minute walk. Our room faced the city and it was a very comfortable , Clean and well kept room. The staff were so friendly and accomadating, we were able to leave our truck there for a little while after we checked out of the motel. I had a Wonderful stay and I will certainly stay here again for the price we paid, it was well worth it!

One thing that can be provided is an Ice machine. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms but we certainly were not bothered by that.

My main focus was on the location and cleanliness, and Victoria Motor Inn met these expectations. What truly stood out was the great service provided by front desk staff. They were always ready to assist with any questions and approached their work with a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. I look forward to returning with my entire family.

The balcony was nice. The jacuzzi was also. This motel is in a great spot. Directly across from the go-karts, it's a few min walk to most attractions. We didn't have to drive and pay for parking which is always a plus. Right downstairs is a poutine place. Lots of great restaurants all around here. Yeah, We would stay here in the jacuzzi room again.

Don't expect more then 2 stars here. But it was actually one of our fav stays for the price.. The first thing we noticed was... Love stains on the bed? Lol .. I assume house keeping did not let this slip. . The room was probly rented out for an hour before I got there and uh yeah!. This didnt bother me too much, made me laugh more. I mean. It's a older motel with a single queen bed and a big ol jacuzzi tub right beside it. I think everyone has the same idea... Right? So a quick bed linen change and we were good. Oh man, did the tv ever suck. It only had some basic channels. No phone, alarm clock or coffee maker. Your going to wanna bring a Roku stick. Hey, at least it had HDMI!

We love the location, the amazing staff, beautiful balcony and jacuzzi room. This was our 2nd time this summer staying here. We love it! Even can see some fireworks from the falls at 10pm, a tree obstructs some, but its still amazing!

No fridge, but we knew that coming in and just brought our cooler with us!
