I liked the location a lot. It is ten minutes away from the Falls. The kitchen was a plus. it has everything you need there already. There is a nice big supermarket close by. We saved money by fixing our own breakfasts. I also bought a frozen pizza one night and that same supermarket and warmed it up in the oven they have. The cleanliness was much better than expected. The water in the shower was nice and warm. They have a small playground for children and my kids loved it. They even climbed a tree and weren’t interrupted by staff. I was with them at all times, of course. Children in New York City are not allowed to climb trees in the parks so this was a definite plus. They have a nice size pool, but it was still too cold to use it.

The WiFi wasn’t reliable always. I probably should’ve spoken with the person in the front desk because he seemed very helpful, but I didn’t. My bad.

.The place was dirty, bed was High sore, washroom is a mess, fridge and microwave plsu the socket plugs were very bad. Infact my family stayed awake throughout the night stay, I only stayed there bcos the trick me, when I book on booking.com, i was told i will only pay at the facility but on getting but my money was deducted few minutes after booking to forced my stay. Falcon inn was a very bad place to lodge compare to quality inn where i stayed 3 days prior with super excellent treatment.

It was supposed to be another "deadly winter storm". I wanted just the basics and the Falcon Inn is just the place. Who wants to spend money on things you don't need or can't use?? For a winter "hurricane hole" it is always there when you need it. Needless to say the weather people were wrong...again!

Can't believe I'm saying this but it was almost too warm!

Closed to fast food & family breakfast place,location ok ,closed to we go bus line .Convenient to get around the city taking we go bus,even though far from the Niagara Falls.we enjoy our stay in FalconInn.

It would be better if there’s a iron to refresh our clothes if wringled & extra blanket if needed.

Local there was lots of stores It was a grocery store six minute walk away there is a bus stop right in front and it was only about a 20 minute bus ride to the Falls

the playground it was old and dated flooring was uneven or you could trip very easily

For the price and location it was good. The front desk was very helpful. the pool was clean and in good order. I liked that they posted health unit inspection at the pool.

The furniture was dated and they did not have a coffee maker or mugs to make a coffee/tea in the microwave. That would have been good to have. Utensils' even if they were plastic or available at front desk would be a good idea.

That the wego bus right there and it was just 20 minutes bus ride to the falls and the grocery store was 6 minutes walk away

The playground outdated and the floor was uneven my mom with a walker almost fell a couple times

We loved the pool and the play area. My daughters loved the lil tree house. The man at the front desk was friendly. Clean and close to everything!!

Wifi sucked, TV channels kept cutting out. We are a family of 6 but both days only given 4 towels.

There was a play ground a pool and we got the family room it was very nice and great value for our money and guy running it is very nice and helpful

Only the hot water. Isn't that hot. And took a long time to fill the hot tub. But was able to enjoy. Just took a long while.
