My kiddos loved the facility’s!

How loud it was at night! Not party poopers but we had early sleepers and Friday night live singer was insanely loud from our room in the courtyard! I enjoyed her music though lol just was so loud even with a sound machine! Let’s say no warning of live music and courtroom. A little heads up for 200 plus a night would have been nice

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The location is not far from the falls and the parking was included in the reservation. The swimming pool area was so beautiful. Overall our stay was very good.

There was no breakfast buffet and the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant or kitchen. We had to eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel with our voucher. The choices were very limited only 3 breakfast menu to choose from and anything different we wanted had to be paid of our pocket. This was the first time I went to a hotel where it is advised « breakfast included » and I end up eating in a restaurant with limited choices. At 0745 I called to ask for extra towels and the front desk called me back to say that towels will be available only after 10:00 am when the cleaning staff comes. Except from these 2 issues, our stay was very comfortable ☺️

Loved the pool set up. With all the different seating, play place, pool , arcade and bar. There’s something for everyone. It was great because it rained and my kids were kept busy inside the hotel. Next time I will be booking a room around the pool area. The beds are really comfortable. There’s a lot of options to eat around this hotel as well.

Parking is limited at the hotel but you have access to park at the McDonald’s and Pizza hut next door. The pool is only open till 10 it would be nice if it were open a bit later so the adults could use the hot tubs and relax.

We loved the hotel. The pool courtyard area makes you feel as if you are on a resort. We had lunch at the pub and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the golf lounge and the location is great as not to far from clifton hill but just far enough so you dont get the huge crowds.

We didnt like that the hotel is fully booked for the next year not with hotel guests. We wanted to take the whole family back for a trip but wont be able to do so as for no fault of the hotel its booked with measures out of their control. We understand however sadly they will miss out on a lot of great families going there.

We reserved the first floor room with the walk out to the pool area. Room was comfy although we weren’t there a lot. 2 large hot!! hot tubs, large pool, tvs, outdoor seating and greenery made the pool area relaxing and inviting. Bathroom needs updating… water pressure good. Restaurant on site and other places walkable.

Cost of parking per night was expensive. No breakfast included. A lot of extra costs… like tourism tax. Not close to the tourist section by walking but there is a shuttle.

Breakfast was good and tasty, but very small and limited to only what was written on the voucher, you can't ask for additional things or refills (except coffee), all additional things will be for additional payment. The pool and the facilities were good and the children were satisfied and enjoyed the evening time in the hotel. Parking and EV charging was also great.

A bit noisy but it is still ok. the rest was very good. A good place to stay.

After 3 tries we were given a lovely room. The view was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast at Doc’s which was very good. We will be back for a longer stay next time. The staff (Tyanna) was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Jennifer F. at the restaurant was very friendly and courteous with our request there as well.

Everything was wonderful? Nothing bad to say.

We loved the pool its amazing good temperature great hot tubs and the sliding door nice touch we went right out to a beautiful plant filled courtyard and there was a little table I could sit at outside my door.. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay so much we decided to return again so I picked it for my birthday this week and this time we are staying 2 days. We loved the breakfast was delicious and it was so very kind of the front desk to accommodate us and change the 2 children's breakfasts to one adult one since the 2 children I was with were 16 and we were a group of 3. Friendly and welcoming at check in and love that there was a smoke area designated with chairs i saw a lady reading her book there at the table having her smoke and it was nice you do that for people give them an area. Love that there's a bunch of takeout thats kid friendly nearby too. Cant wait to come back rest in those pool lounge chairs for 2 whole days .

Just wish the parking was free. We did this as a little vacation we chose 3 hotels in different areas of niagara for 3 days. You were the only one charging for parking of the 3. The other hotel even let us daily park there free until we could check into your place. Our room last time had a sticking bathroom door that pops open when you try to use the restroom the kids were like whats with this crazy door. I'm just like close it all the way and lock it so it doesn't pop open on ya. Wasn't a big deal but I didn't like it popping back on me when I gotta go I don't wanna play with a door I just wanna go.

This is our third stay and every time it gets better and better. The staff is so nice and accommodating. The rooms are updated and very clean. The pool and pool area is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. It’s a good place to get away with your spouse or the whole family. Highly recommend and can’t wait to comeback here for our next vacation to Niagara Falls!

The property is very clean and it shows they have been updating along the way. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They always have staff on hand helping to keep the rooms and facilities clean.

The rooms definitely need more hanging options and/or wall hooks to be able to hang swim suits for those that stay several days. The rooms within the pool area are thin walled making it quite noisy.
