We liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Really helped with our one night stay. The breakfast was pretty good. Was better than we were expecting. Lots of options. Good quality. We didn't need to stay longer with parking, but they would have allowed us to park a little after checking out which was much appreciated. Was economical, and they took Booking.com wallet credits as part of the payment too.

Smelled like someone was smoking in the room even though not allowed. Could hear people talking next door. Place is a little dated, but it met all of our needs and then some, and we were pleased none the less.

Almost everything----I was very surprised when the TV did not turn on. I just wanted to find out the time but could not get a response.

I had arranged for a late arrival and saw someone at reception when I drove up to the door.But I parked and then there was nobody there. As I was getting my phone ready to call the number listed on the door I was noticed and was , thankfully, checked in normally.

Decent location about a 10 min drive from the action. Rooms are dated, but clean. Our front desk guy upgraded us to a room with a jet tub and that definately made my lady happy. He was very friendly. A beakfast (toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bagels, coffee, cereal, sausages) was included too so worked out to be an incredible value for money. Lots of parking. A nice restaurant on the corner was a short walk away. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it's there if you needed to cool off. Overall it was a great affordable place to sleep.

Well it was pleasure staying at Niagara Lodge and Suite. The breakfast was good we had scramble eggs, sausages toast also there was waffles and pancakes if you needed it, coffee, tea, juices. The dining rooms were clean. The bedroom was clean but just the carpet need a deep cleaning, the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. On a whole I would recommend this place to my friends and family and I would return. Thank God there was no bugs.

The carpet need a deep cleaning and the outside of the building could use some more fixing up like painting.

This is the 3rd time i am with this property. Love the fact that its located on Lundys lane, just a short drive to the falls, near to shipping centres, be it groceries or drug stories. Budget friengly hotel with a decent pool and a good unlimited breakfast and choice of hot / cold beverages. I have always found the staff there courteous, hard at work and are happy to feed the entire motel a delecious hearty breakfast. Keep it up guys. You are great. I will be back with my family and friends.

The motel looks a.little run down though i see a lot of rennovations have been done.

The pool isn't heated but was still very nice, our 2 double bed room had EVERYTHING, fridge, hotplate And microwave, the bathroom floor was absolutely shining, very clean, wonderful and helpful staff, continental breakfast, bus to Clifton hill at the door although it's a very long walk from anywhere, food basics was definitely a worthy hike, TD bank is also semi close. Cute little shawarma shack at the second bus stop as well as convenience store. Great if you have a car, lots of parking, wanted to stay longer but unfortunately life caught up with me, best way to book for best price is to search the unsold hotel rooms, only paid $180/2 nights. Classy and bug free, enjoy!

I would say value of money. Stay here all the time.This time paid little bit high biz of weekend but still worth. Breakfast is as perfect as always. Staff is friendly, cleaning perfect. Near all the stores and restaurants. Good with kids. Took shuttle bus this time to go to attractions right front of the hotel. Kids loved the outdoor pool.

Just bit noisy till little bit late at night. Rest all good.

Location, spacious rooms. Check in went quick and smooth. Everything was explained well.

Pretty tired rooms and same look outside, we had ants in our room and it was cold at night (but hotel had heating device installed which we did not figure how to use - so it was our own issue). Otherwise nothing too critical, issues above just does not correlate to room price.

When arriving, the staff were kind and helpful. I booked a spa room. The room size is large.

The tub is much older. Pieces were out, the jets still worked but the piece was out. The mattress was hard and firm. The older style spring mattress. Those were the only 2 issues with the room. This was a last minute getaway overnight.
