Wanting a reasonable priced place to share good times with my BFF. You folks fit the bill for our budget at this time, and thankful to have been able to book with your establishment. Sorry we were not able to swim in your pool, it looked so inviting. Providing a healthy breakfast for guests is what caught our eye and the free parking was also a big help. When planning a night away, it sure is nice to be able to save on parking, and a light breakfast,thank you so much for including that in your pricing. Many of the places offer such heavy meals for breakfast which is almost a waste. I also liked how nicely the beds were made up in the rooms.

The front door entrance has a rug that was quite twisted and very worn. Wished that the lobby and rooms smelled a little more fresh.

The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful both checking in and checking out. The woman who ran the complimentary breakfast kept the place well stocked and clean. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony to enjoy your coffee on or maybe a glass of wine at night. Separate area for the closet and sink gave me a place to change with some privacy other than having to go into the bathroom to do it. The bathroom with the toilet and tub was very roomy and clean. No elevator so you need to be able to use the stairs to get to breakfast or to the amazing pool table downstairs or obviously if your room is on the second floor. Not a problem for us but I feel you should be aware if you have mobility problems, it's mentioned on the site as well. We did not use the pool so I have no information on it. All up and down the streets are many restaurants and things to do. Very short drive to the falls or to the main drag with all the activities and souvenirs. I would happily stay here again.

The beds are a little uncomfortable, but fine for a short stay. Our room has a few paint touch ups that could have been used nothing that should keep you from staying here.

I liked everything, the staff in particular was exceptional, so helpful and kind. We had two rooms, the family room and the jacuzzi room. Bothe rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, a lot of great food options near by and near to the Falls but not in the middle of the fray. I would absolutely stay there again

The only downsides were...the pool was way too cold, I say that as a person who doesn't mind the cold. There was no ice available and the breakfast was lame but I don't really care about breakfast so I didn't care, basically it was hotdogs, waffles, and boiled eggs... Our room could've used a dresser, but Mayne that's just me, I like to unpack and get organized.

Loved the breakfast room. it's outside of the main building which gives it a very nice view and touch with windows and lots of light. weather permitting you can also sit outside as there are patio furniture there. Rooms and hallways were very clean. You have full control over your room temperature which was very useful for us traveling with our 15 months old son. I will definitely look into staying at this place next time.

The only problem was the pool water and room temperature. It was very cold. I believe there were no heating and not sure if the room temperature was adjustable or not but at the time of our visit it was pretty unusable and that was something I was looking forward to. Also no change rooms at the pool area.

It felt really homely, the staff were really lovely and polite. We had asked for vegan options at the included breakfast ahead of time, and they specifically bought fresh fruit and a peanut spread for us. The breakfast is kept simple but it was definitely enough, and really appreciated that our needs were met. It's a bit away from the falls, but we enjoyed this as it allowed for a quiet evening after the busyness of the day. There's a bus stop right outside and buses run regularly early to late, so easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

The inn looks really nice! I love how it looks architecturally. Parking was free and there was enough space available.

We were informed that on the weekend, it would be buffet breakfast. But when we were there on Sunday morning, I asked why we were given packed breakfast and were told the chef was sick. We should have been options on Saturday night on the kind of breakfast we wanted, and we should have been informed that we were going to get packed breakfast.

Staff at reception very welcoming and helpful. Room was good, clean and with comfortable beds. Bathroom was fine with good shower and and towels better than most hotels. easy access from rear door of hotel to our ground floor room. Internet worked well and breakfast box was ok, juice, muffin, croissant, cheese and yoghurt supplied in the morning.

TV was a Roku smart system. Worked fine but didn’t have channels we like to watch. carpets were a little old and marked

Clean overall with all the essentials, including a mini-fridge in the room and a microwave oven in the hall. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was in the back of the building, so we were not bothered by the street traffic. Abundant and adequate breakfast provided. Comfortable bed.

There was carpet on the floor, which is a bit outdated. The screen door was broken and the balcony door was hard to slide due to lack of maintenance.

Excellent location with a bus stop in front. We loved having breakfast on a patio - good breakfast and a very friendly staff. The place is older and may use some upgrade, but rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s clean and quiet. You have to ask for cleaning your room and for replenishing your coffee. Otherwise, nice and helpful staff. We loved it there and recommend it to friends.

Beautiful building from the outside! The beds were very comfortable with lovely comfy blankets! Liked that the sink was located outside of the bathroom. Room included a mini fridge and Keurug style coffee maker with coffee pods. There is a microwave located in the common area. The room was clean with enough towels for all of us. Good price. Great location because the bus stop that goes all over town has a stop right in front of the hotel. This bus route is included in several Niagara Falls attraction bundles. It was nice not to have to pay for parking by leaving the van at the hotel. The day we checked out, we were allowed to keep the van at the hotel until we finished at Niagara Falls in the afternoon. There is a nice indoor pool. Enjoyed the beautiful lamps and the loveseat in the room. The man who checked us in was very kind and helpful as he answered our many questions. The restaurant was closed, to be renovated, so everyone was given a boxed breakfast each morning to eat in the room. We had 12 breakfast boxes during our stay. Servings were generous and included a HUGE muffin, bag of mini chocolate chip cookies, sweet yogurt cups, cream cheese, and juice. Once we got a box that also included a Babybel cheese and twice we got a roll with cheese baked into the top.

While I loved the idea of the boxed breakfast, and it was packed generously full, nearly all the foods inside were sweet. A balance of sweet and savory in each box would be great! Our room had its own temperature control unit, but the hotel building itself didn't seem to be air conditioned. The public areas and hallways were unpleasantly hot and humid during our summertime stay. Since we were mostly in the room or the pool, though, this wasn't a big deal for us. FYI--- there is no elevator that we saw in this 2 story building. Not a problem for us, but if that is a concern for you, be sure to ask for a first floor room.
