The staff was accommodating as we had a last minute booking from an Airbnb we didn't feel safe staying at. Check-in time was supposedly at 3PM, but we were accommodated at 1PM for no extra charge. We had a double queen bed room on the 2nd floor, keyless entry with a deadbolt for security, room was neat, tidy and pre-cooled to combat the summer heat (air conditioner ON, thank you!), LED TV, microwave, and mini-fridge. Ice machine is located at the back of the main office. Daily refill of toilet paper and fresh towels, also available as requested. If you don't plan on shelling out extra $$$ for parking close to the falls (Canadian $20-$100 posted all day parking depending on proximity to the falls), it is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara River View (in Google Maps) from this lodge. On your way down to the falls, there is a conveniently located Tim Horton's for those who love their morning coffee fix (free coffee is also offered on the lodge's main office), or even breakfast and doughnuts, but please be advised that it can get packed especially during rush hour, so plan your day accordingly. Time flies out here as there so many things to do during the summer!

The steep walk back from the falls can be quite a workout. You don't see it on the map, but this can easily be the 15-20min walk back before you reach the lodge for a nice warm shower. It starts off from Niagara Parks Welcome Center until Margaritaville, you've been warned. There is also a $10 charge for parking which is a 50% discount if you are staying in the lodge ($20 public parking fee). Wi-Fi can be choppy in your room, depending on your proximity to the main office (which I'm guessing is where the Wi-Fi router is at). These are just minor inconveniences I'd say are worth mentioning, but overall, our stay was great!

The pool was adorable. There is a gated in area with chairs and tables. It's a bit cold in the pool, but the kids loved it! The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The location was great. It was an easy 20 min. Or so walk to town.. At the beginning, we walked all over. By day 3 we drove to to Skylon towers to be closer to the falls. We walked down the promenade to to the falls viewing area. From there we went and boarded the boat to the falls. The next day we parked on Bender St. across from the Water Park. It was half the price to park all day. Under the waterpark, in that parking garage, they charge 40.00 a day. Canadian. Use a card to make transactions. You'll get a better rate. If you give them dollars, they'll charge you the same as Canadian, which can be many dollars discrepancy. We stayed all day till close at 8 pm. It was worth it. Also book online for water park. Saves a few dollars. Bring your own towel. They now charge for new ones. There are no free towels. There is a Chabad House right down the road a couple of blocks with 2 kosher restaurants open most of the week. It's a really cute motel. There is a hodge podge of people from all over the world. We really enjoyed meeting new people. Many food items are kosher in the breakfast area. COR.. the Candian kosher marking is on many foods which was really helpful. Muffins, jelly...cream cheese. (Not pas or chalav Yisroel). The staff are really kind and friendly. The girls gave us new sheets and towels midweek. The room was lovely when we walked in. I don't do house keeping much when I stay places, but the room is a little small, so we sat on our beds to eat a lot..so cheerios build up lol. We left a tip for the cleaning people. They work really hard. So please tip!

It's supposed to be non smoking..at least where we stayed, but smoke still traveled into our room. People lie and claim they don't smoke in the rooms but... We still liked our stay a lot!

They went over and above! We told them it was our anniversary on our booking. When we got to the room, there were towel swans and balloons in our room. Was a very sweet surprise. The location was very close to the falls and main strip - about a 10 min walk at most. It is a motel and not a hotel, but as long as you are comfortable with that, I highly recommend this place. Super friendly staff and a warm welcome and departure. It completely met our expectations and the images online are exactly what we saw. The pool and parking lot were clean and linens and towels were also new and clean. 10/10 for our stay.

The new owners seem like really nice people and make a effort to keep the rooms clean and make best with a older motel that at one time before their ownership wasnt the best place to stay.. The room was very quiet and accomodating.

The wifi at the property is fairly poor however that is pretty simple for the owners to remedy if they care enough to. They charge an aditional $10 per day for parking which is not advertised on booking.com prior to the room booking even if the motel is fairly empty.

Great place and clean helpful staff and Manager is so kind and he has great customer service Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a good hotel to stay and cleanness Wifi is great and that is important to me The manager accommodated me to the lower level due to my injury and now its pet free due to my allergies its great for customers that have pet allergies

My boyfriend dropped me and my friend off at the motel while on his way to a boys weekend in London so we didnt have a car for the whole weekend. When time to check out came around (11h), my boyfriend still hadnt arrived. They graciously let us keep the room without charge till he arrived. They were very professional, accomodating to our situation and over all, very nice. I should also mention the beds were very comfy !

My only complaint is the people staying over us with small children. They were noisy. But that is out of the hotels controle

Top of headboard not dusted in a long time; no coffee offered in rooms- only in office; thinner scratchy towels- need to be washed with vinegar; hotel wallmounted hair dryer glitchy; balcony not ‘private’ as in written description but communal; metal railing needing repair in that it’s rusted through in some spots; charging extra for daily parking spot- 1 car should be free in the reservation.

location was not too far from fallls.. Its located 18-20mins away from falls.. many restaurants near by

They should have provided water as basic facility instead of charging 1$.. I know 1$ is not big amount neither customer not property.. I feel it must be part of accommodation.

Clean rooms, excellent service from the receptionnist, very accomodating when we wanted to modify our stay length. Coffee available all day long. Under 10 minute walk from the falls.

The location was perfect. Just steps from the OLG stage and casino. 5 mins to Clifton and 10 or less from the falls.

I didn’t like how the room smelt like smoke. And how we had to pay for the parking. 15$. It should be included
