Comfort Inn Fallsview

We spent a night there just before new year's eve. Check in was fast however we arrived early at the morning. The manager really helped in getting us a room so quicly. The hotel location is amazing. It is in the middle of everything. It has a paid parking ( $20 per night ). Please note that there will be a $50 security deposit that will be refended in 2 weeks or less. The room was nice and cozy. What I enjoyed the most is the terrace from it you can have a glimpse from the Niagara falls. But the room walls look thin, you can hear the room beside you ( or may be because we were in a connecting room ). It has a good wifi connection. It has a coffee machine. No microwave in the room. There is a small fridge as well. There is indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. What is nice in it that it is open from 10AM to 10PM. There is a gym as well. Breakfast buffet starts from 6:30 to 9:30 AM. It is a very short time as the serving place and seating are limited. You are given like 20 minutes seating time.. It has the most important stuff; scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, muffins, waffle maker, butter, jam, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, orange juice, etc. Everything was warm and tasty. It was a nice stay and my kids enjoyed it a lot. Even one of the kids left a thanks note to the hotel staff :)

- The AC/heater is making so much noise - The breakfast timing is very short to cover the seating shortage area and the small serving area of the breakfast - No towels holder beside the sink.

Clean professional look

Not impressed was charged after for parking my opinion should be included in the cost of the room!! That was disappointing!

Easy to find, clean, friendly, great parking Easy access to falls, food, casino We have stayed in rooms $500+ per night at the falls and this hotel offered me the same stay, if not better at a fraction of the cost

No directions for breakfast and how to find it (but, there's a breakfast buffet across the parking lot)

How unexpectedly clean the room were. Always bring and wear a pair of sandals in the room and disinfect apon arrival. Makes me feel better.

The young ladies not the men at the front desk has poor customer service and upon check in you could see they were obvious discussing something about us or our booking because rudely they broke out speaking in their language. Very RUDE ladies!!!!!

It was an older facility but kept up. The hotel staff was great about making sure people that weren’t staying at the hotel we’re not parking in the parking lot. Everything was within 5 to 15 minutes of walking

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel during our stay so I can’t say whether it was adequate or not

Location, location, location!! Less than a block from the incline elevator, great breakfast included.

Only one elevator so sometimes waited a long time especially after breakfast.

Our first room was not satisfactory and we requested a new room which was provided free of charge. Complimentary breakfast was Delicious and had a great variety. Indoor Pool & Jacuzzi was well heated, towels in pool room were a bonus. I 100% recommend this hotel and will be returning.

The door in our first room (402) had been previously kicked in, door frame and lock was not secure. Pull out couches could be cleaned more often. And the only downside to the better Room(230) provided was we could not access the breakfast floor(1st) from inside we had to go outside and back around by the lobby.

Staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke to you and said hello. Hotel and room was clean., pool was clean. Location was EXCELLENT.

They need to do something about the breakfast hours and the room they have it in. Extend hours until 11am would help spread out the crowd that assembles down the hall to wait to get into the room for breakfast. Once you are in the breakfast area it is so tiny and compact that everyone is bumping each other, more tables are needed and not well ventilated. If they opened up the hallway door to the pool and added tables in there to allow people to sit and eat would help. The breakfast is an added plus esp for people who have small children. It should be utilized better to accommodate the quests. Also, the wall A/C was sooo noisy, barely slept.

The location of the property is amazing. You get lots of option for Food, 2 mins away From Niagara Falls View. The rooms were nice and the staff members were cooperative too.

Parking was charged $30 plus taxes extra, which is wrong as it should be including along with the stay. Too expensive as they didn’t mention anything on the site while booking and once you reach there they make you pay extra. Also the breakfast had no options for Vegetarians. The menu just keeps on repeating everyday, Advisable to not opt for breakfast in the hotel
