Great location, room was tidy, staff was extremely friendly and easy to approach, relatively quiet at night, not a bad price for premium season of July. Loved that we could sit outside our room at a table and chairs provided on a terrace walkway. The motor inn is right near a Tim's which was super handy.

Very little/sparse amenities provided such as cups in room or facial tissues but we were fine as we'd brought our own.

We only spoke to the guy at the front desk and he was very polite, friendly. I liked that the property had a pool and a room with a jacuzzi tub.

There is only two things I would point out are the garbage pail did not have a garbage bag and underneath the window could have been swept a little better.

The location was great. It's at the top of Murray hill, so the traffic noise was very minimal -- yet it was a short walk to the main falls area and tons of restaurants. There is a Tim Hortons right next door. The staff was friendly & helpful. The parking fee was a lot less than the rest of the area hotels.

There weren't a lot of amenities -- mainly, I was missing coffee. They do allow dogs, which is fine. But there are fireworks at the falls EVERY night in the summer, which really made the dogs go insane.

The location was amazing, especially for the price. I was able to go everywhere I wanted in Niagara just within walking distance, without needing to move my car. The owner and the staff were all very friendly, and the room was very spacious.

Location was awesome No smoking in room but table and 2 chairs outside each room and smoking is allowed outside each room. Was better because I am a smoker and always have to run to vehicle when I stay at other non smoking hotels.

Wish pool was open later than 10pm

We stayed over the long weekend and had a great time! It’s a good value for the room too. It’s not super fancy or frilly, just a great spot to rest your head or take a break from the day. We had no issues with parking either. $10 bucks a night. I suggest getting there earlier to get a parking spot on the lot. There is overflow parking across the street. Right beside Timmies (always busy) Had a tub in our room which was amazing & the pool was nice too. We will be back again! Our only suggestion, bring your own towels or pillows. Linens were a little old and worn.

Cute little place with a nice outdoor pool , waking distance to Clifton hill. Tim hortons is right next door so that was very helpful for moving coffee

I wish the house keeper was a little more through

Stayed here before because it’s completely pet friendly so I can bring my dog with me. Price is always good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

The heating wasn’t the greatest in our room. Was cool at night but good for sleeping. Found broken glassware behind mini fridge.

It is a fine place to stay!! Bathtub needs to be changed with a new one. Lock to door was stronger than first time been there. A nice location near the Falls. Tim Hortons across from the motel is a GREAT thing to have near by!!

Loved the location of the Motel. Customer Service was exceptional as always. Close to the Falls. Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset. The Tim Hortons was quiet. Tim Hortons was on full hours.

The only thing that we didn't like was the bed was uncomfortable. It was very hard and neither of us could sleep on it. That's the only thing about this trip to this Motel that we didnt like. Other than that it was superb as always.
