Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade

Our single king bedroom with in-room hot tub was very clean and comfortable. Our 6th floor private balcony had a view of the American Falls and 10 o'clock fireworks over the Falls every night. Free parking in the hotel parking lot right next to our building was always available. Breakfast was free and included eggs, sausages, waffles, fruits, breads, etc. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you want to be close to the falls. Casino is right across the street. Clifton Hill area is about a 15 minute walk along a pedestrian walkway. The Falls are about a 10 minute walk. We were pleased to stay here for 3 nights.

Availability of the indoor pool without having to first go to the front desk to be let in. The outdoor appearance of the 2 level hotel building with outdoor room entrances could use some freshening up to look more inviting.

The American falls view is at the your doorstep. Honestly was an amazing experience. We paid for a Economy room with a balcony, no view. With a full size bed. As soon as we arrived they upgraded our room to a king size top floor with a Fallsview Balcony no charge. Wether you get a fallsview room or not you can walk 50 feet and see it from the road. As you drive up it’s quite a breath taking experience. For the price it’s pretty unbeatable. Location was amazing. Pool was open even during these crazy times. (Just book a slot) and breakfast was still available! Definitely would return! Free in and out parking. The trip was priceless.

Location. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good and the lady who was in charge of it was very nice. She kept the food dispensers full and the whole arra was clean.

The end table had some nicks and the cubby of the nightstand was dirty, a chip the size of a quarter on one wall. There were 2 windows and one did not have the latch to open and close it plus it was open about an inch and I had to go on the balcony to close it. I told the front desk staff as I didn’t want them to think it was from us. They understood. I forgot to tell them that the bed squeaked every time we moved.

We chose the hotel for a long layover, so we only spent one night at the hotel. We chose it because of its location right next to Niagara Falls and because there was free parking and breakfast included. We had a nice short stay, and both the check-in staff and the woman in the restaurant were really nice and accommodating. The beds are nice and soft. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay within walking distance of the falls.

The only negative thing we experienced was that it was as if the comforters were electric. We would get small shocks from touching the comforters, even though there were no wires or anything in the bed. Very strange.

The location is amazing. It's right next to Niagara Falls. It's a five-minute walk and you can see the American Falls from the balcony of the room. Parking is free, which is great, but there are fewer Spaces, open Spaces and lots are full. Breakfast is not much variety, but eat very comfortable, hot dishes such as eggs and sausages, DIY waffles, and a variety of hot and cold drinks, bread and jam coffee...

When we arrived, there was a fire engine parked in front of the hotel. We didn't know what was going on inside the hotel. The front desk clerk greeted us with a cold face. It's unbelievable that they didn't integrate us at the end, and we're not satisfied

The location of the hotel is amazing, walk down Murray street about 200m to find yourself directly in front of American falls and Canadian falls over to the right. Room was very clean, had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Its an older property but it is exactly what one can expect from 3 star property. Some updates have been done, such as the bathroom. I was very happy. My room looked over the center court with parking. The breakfast area was spacious and very clean. The lady attending was very pleasant and attentive.

It was exactly what I expected. I have no complains.

Its got a cozy feel to it and you can hear the falls from there. Its clean and my favorite hotel to stay in when it comes to Niagara.

It was our wedding night and there were a group of women who were drunk in the pool. They would not leave us alone, saying “sorry you’re from America” over and over. They kept going into the bathroom together so we are certain they were doing drugs. When they returned into the pool after a second visit to the bathroom together, they would ask the same questions they just asked us. We would have loved to enjoy the hot tub some more but we couldn’t handle these three women who were also harassing a group of teenagers. This is by no means the hotels fault. But the sausage from breakfast isn’t great. the eggs though…yum!

the motel was just up the hill from Niagara Falls, next to the Skylon Tower and a casino. If not for the brush at the edge of the property I probably would have had a view of the falls from my room. Good selection of breakfast food, good quanity and well maintained and clean. Also available for a later time which was wonderful. That is something I have found most other places lack. Comfortable pool too. The staff was great and helped with questions and was generally friendly. Very helpful.

might have used a microwave in the room, but I did see one available in the lobby. Also could cut the bushes toward the falls for a possible view. Carpets in halls were stained and dated, but did not affect rooms that had nice hardwood floors.

—view: upper floor room that faces Am falls with veranda (definitely not something available at the high rise hotels). —location: excellent, short downhill walk to the Am falls and the nightly fireworks and easy stroll to the Horseshoe falls for day and nighttime viewing. Also close to the Skylon tower, a must visit with an excellent early evening dinner in the revolving restaurant. (Helpful hint- ascend in the outside elevator car the faces the Am falls and, if you can swing it, be last on the car and be ready to shoot a quick pic or two of the Am falls (it's a quick ride up). —room: stayed in so many rooms during our month long travel in Canada that the rooms sort of all run together but rest assured that (like most motels) the shower/bath did not have grab bars. These safety mechanisms should be required in all pubic lodging facilities! After all, you don't have to be a senior to slip and fall in the shower/bath. —reservation: was made several months before trip, no prepay and option to cancel before arrival date. —parking: no charge for on-site parking. In fact, this motel's location is such that you can walk to most of the falls attractions/tours, restaurants, shopping, casino, leaving the car parked at the motel.

The hotel had a pool and hot tub. The hotel offered free parking. The hotel offered free continental breakfast. The hotel was centrally located. The staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The cleaning service the first day only made one bed, did the towels and did not sweep the floors. Also the curtains really need updating. They were old, dirty and outdated. But I’d that’s the worst thing I can think of then it was overall a really good place.
