The breakfast options were great! The beds were extremely comfortable.The room was large and comfortable. The area was close to everything we were planning to do. Parking was no problem. The hotel was very quiet and it appears the rooms were sound- proof!

Bath tub should have strips on the tub floor to prevent falls when the tub is slippery. The comforter was great for a very cool room in winter but too heavy and hot for summer. A light weight blanket would have been more comfortable. Information booklet regarding using the telephone, the television stations available, and where ice and snacks could be purchased within the building would be helpful to a guest. ….and I did look for one.

Room was super clean! Everything was available and in order! The entire hotel was clean and smelled good! Pillows and blankets were supper soft and cozy and nice and clean and not stained. Staff was extremely nice and greeted us with a smile and hello every time we entered the lobby! Parking lot was accessible and easy to get to anywhere you parked. And hotel was close to many coffee or food joints (fast and dine in) and any shopping you need! And it’s right beside the cop station so I felt extremely safe!

I am diabetic with a sleeping disorder and I can never accommodate breakfast times. Would be nice to be able to have my husband (I am writing this review under his name) be allowed to bring breakfast to the room for me (double occupancy) for when my medications wear off!

It was good for what we needed. The price was right. Nearby restaurants.. they offer a continental breakfast was convenient for us.. the staff was pleasant no problems with staff

Comfort was alright, but I found myself tossing and turning. The pillows weren't comfortable. The continental breakfast good. Just get rid of the sausage and replace it with breakfast sausage. 👍

The bed was big and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The room was big enough as well as the washroom. I enjoyed my first stay at this Hotel.

I guess being there around a long Canada day weekend affected the price. It was a bit more pricey than I expected for the type of hotel it was, but all in all, compared to the prices I found around the same date, this was still the best in price / quality

The location was convenient/close to where I was needing to be for work and not too far from downtown. The room was huge and clean.

Very dated on the inside. Carpets in the stairwells were stained. Elevator was terrifying. Pool was closed.

Didn't have breakfast

Checking in time was a little crazy. Only one person at first so long line. One person was giving the check in person a hard time for a long time but the check in person kept his cool and didn't Over react even though the lady was being harsh. Once he was finished with her the rest off us moved through quickly and got our rooms.

Everything was as expected. Good value for the money. Wifi worked. Staff was very helpful!

My recommendations: The free breakfast was appreciated but a bit lacking in terms of choice. The TV Channels were lacking and reception seemed to be Antenna( poor reception, grainy) but I had my computer to watch what I wanted so wasn't a huge issue. Not much of an issue really.

no room service unless requested. we did not know that our room would not be cleaned unless we asked for it. I have not experienced this in any other hotel chain.

Very pleasant staff. Decent "brown bag" breakfast. (Apple, muffin,yogurt,granola bar and a bottle of water) Buffet closed due to Covid. Quiet. Close to other amenities, restaurants, stores.

Our bathroom could have used a little touch up. Cracked flooring, disheveled artwork. But it was clean. No change for the laundry room at front desk had to go out for "loonies" but decent price $3 per wash or dry.

When I booked the place it said it had a pool.

They didn't tell me when booking the rooms that the pool was closed. So then I had 2 kids that was upset.
