Property offers free parking and free to-go breakfast with your stay. It's nothing fancy but honestly, the bed was really comfortable which was surprising for a motel. I've stayed in others where the bed was sunken in the middle, but this one wasn't. About 15-20min walking distance from parliament hill. Overall it was fairly clean, no sign of any bed bugs in the bed which I inspect every time I stay somewhere.

The carpets in the bedroom are old, and have a musty smell to them, not the cleanest floor but expected for a motel in my opinion and not the end of the world for me. My room was right beside the stairwell, so it got loud at times but nothing too crazy.

I liked the fact that the gentlemen at the front desk especially Sam were nice and made us feel welcome.

I didn't like the fact that I could smell the smoke of ganja. There were no variety in the breakfast they served and I graded the wifi service 4/10

I liked how easy it was to book everything online and when I arrived to check in only took a few minutes to check in, no problems, an the people that helped me were very nice an answered any questions I had

When I got to my room there was a box of food still in the microwave from whom ever stayed there last. The free breakfeast was a juice box, yogurt an a muffin...I get that covid is a thing but would have liked alittle more then that...

I travelled just for one night and this worked out well. Comfy pillows and spacious room. It had a sofa and an extra table where I could use my laptop. I don't mind walking to places so I walked directly to ByWard market in the evening - it is a straight line.

My room was a bit hidden (which I don't mind) but it affected a bit the internet connection.

Our second stay here. The location is great, check in was quick, and the front desk agent was friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and the heating was good.

The hotel feels a little old and dated. Our room was missing a coffee maker. Breakfast could be better.

I was charged 149 plus tax when my booking peice was suppose to be 135 plus tax. How is it possible to change quoted fees and hotel wouldnt do nothing sbout price. My first and last booking with booking.com

The location was great for easy walking to byward market and the mall, parliament building. Had a basic bag breakfast. Beds were comfy.

Was just a basic room, no frills and hadn't been upgraded in a long time. Only had stairs, so not good for anyone who has issues walking.

Comfortable room with carpet so my feet were warm . Very clean. I like the entrance right from outside with easy access to the car. Coffee was very good and could take one to go !

Very scant breakfast. Would never be enough for my husband {small muffin, yogurt, juice} But it did say continental breakfast so maybe that's to be expected ?

The staff was really kind in receiving me. My check-in was quick. I really appreciated that since I was all day running errands and I was exhausted. Also, it was a cold and snowy night, so I just wanted to go to bed. On the next morning, breakfast was greatly appreciated and the parking premises were really convenient. I'm definitely booking there again in the future

Only the one thing. The air con is really noisy meaning you can’t have it on when you’re asleep. Maybe due an upgrade?
