The staff at this facility were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with two pillows for each person as well as an extra blanket in the closet if needed. I really appreciate a hotel that goes that extra. Lots of cars in the lot, but was not bother by any noise. Martha, the attendant at the continenal breakfast was very kind and went out of her way to make sure a got breakfast ( I have very nasty food allergies). She checked ingredients and got me a fruit cup as well as some oatmeal. Wished I could have one of the fresh waffles, as they looked fantastic!!! The breakfast has make your own waffles, instant oatmeal, oranges, apples, fruit cups, yogurt, muffins, bagels and really good coffee!!!

Not much in way of channels on the TV. Did not bother me much but others my find that a negative. Also, there was not a microwave in the room. This trip was only overnight, but for a longer stay a micro would be required. I am sure one would have been supplied if I asked.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate a perfect stay for self and 2 grandchildren. Breakfast is convenient and offers a reasonable variety. Waffle maker was a big hit with children. Salt water pool is always worth choosing this location. Komodo’s to Quality Inn

Have always preferred 1st floor room. Ideal for stepping out with a pet or for a smoke. 1st floor currently under renovation. Hoping at next year’s stay that this facility will be restored to former glory. Appears like it is on its way there

I don’t know why the review score for this hotel was not high. In my opinion, I believe this hotel deserves much higher credits. There are many highlights for this hotel: 1. The breakfast is great! 2. The swimming pool is great, clean and warm. The spa was out of service when I was there, but it’s not a big deal. 3. Big shout out to the ladies working at front desk and the breakfast area. They are super nice and friendly. My family had a great time staying in this hotel. Highly recommended! We will come back next year when we go to sauble beach. One thing I want to mention, this hotel is not a new building, so it may look old inside, but it’s clean and provides everything you need.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The lady working the breakfast was so friendly and very diligent with her work. The location was central to our needs and getting in and out of the downtown was simple and a cheap taxi away and not a bad walk, downhill anyway. Uphill home you may want a taxi.

Was excited to use the pool and hot tub first thing in the morning, Hot tub especially but couldn't use the hot tub bc the chemicals were added just before opening so they had to wait to open it. Some fresh fruit at breakfast could have been nice but breakfast was better than nothing.

Liked the breakfast, the pool, how clean and spacious our room was, and loved the friendliness of the front desk staff, they were so kind and fun to talk to!

There is no laundry available in the hotel, which was a little hard after we were done with the pool and had wet clothes that needed to be dried. Wasnt too bad, but created a bit of a frenzy for us!

I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable. My daughter liked the pool although the shower wasn’t working. We were disappointed that the dining room was closed. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. The staff were pleasant.

The room was very comfortable. The coffee maker , fridge and the microwave were very nice amenities. It was very quiet and the hotel was close to shopping and sights of interest. The staff was very conscious of Covid-19 protocols and the cleanliness of the room was excellent.

The hot tub was closed due to Covid but there was nothing that could be done about that. The room was a bit dark but other than that everything was far above expectations.

The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. There was nice flooring in the room No carpet. Bathroom shower pressure was great. Location is great!

Hallways were not very clean. There is no elevator which made it difficult for accessibility. The continental breakfast was not good.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good , the lady running it was excellent. Staff were definitely the best thing about the hotel.

The hotel definitely needs updating, It is very old and all the wallpaper needs replaced.

I will definitely coming back. Though there's no elevators, have to make sure to get room on ground floors only. Also able to bring my trike inside really made the difference.
