Great apartment for families. The rooms are big and very comfy. The view of the mountains and the golf course was stunning. Very quiet, you couldn't hear a thing! Stress-free check-in and late check-out.

A few points to highlight but they didn't compromise the stay. The wifi didn't work at all, so signal in the property. The stairs in the front of the apartment are very slippery and it makes very hard to bring up luggage, strollers, and more and down. The area around the property was very dark with minimum light to come and go. We had to turn on the flashlights of our phones to be able to walk from and to the Blue Mountain Village. The single-beds room and bathroom by the entrance door were very cold. The other areas of the apartment were nice and warm, but these two places were freezing cold throughout our stay.

It was so clean and comfortable. All the staff at check-in were friendly and housekeeping was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and getting to the village was easy. Parking was great, although you needed to get early before 11 a.m.

The bed needs to be updated, as mattress appears to be worn in master bedroom and blinds would be nice in the bedrooms, otherwise you need to keep curtains close to maintain privacy.

Excellent property and location. Thr village has a lot of exciting things to do, especially kids. Rooms are maintained very well and the community is very quiet nearby. The staff was courteous and helped whenever we needed anything. Karan from the front desk helped us check in quickly and let us know of all the hotel facilities.

The bed was a bit smalll and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Large, beautiful suite with plenty of space for us to spread out and set up for our celebration. Comfortable beds and very clean, well-kept barhrooms. Loved the washer/dryer in suite as we had wet bathing suits from the spa we were able to deal with, and the girls loved using the fireplace during our cozy night in. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Unfortunately, we had planned on cooking our breakfast in the morning (brought eggs and bacon and French toast) but we showed up to a note on the oven saying that the whole appliance was out of order. We were not made aware of this ahead of time so that was a disappointing inconvenience as we had to change our plans after spending money already.

skating, tubing and exploring the village and its activities. The view was excellent, we understand the timing due to restrictions that everything were not convenient or accessible. The skating area was superb, we had a great time, we did it at dusk and the lights were nice but could be more whimsical if there will be more lights along in the dark areas. The staff were great leaving a card and a surprise present for my Lil boy big day. We did not expect that. Thanks to Jessica for the excellent service. The experience was great. We will look forward to next year's trip.

The tubing was a bit ok, my kids did not enjoy the fact that it was short and somebody was pushing them, they were looking for a little hill and the lift that will take their tubes to the top. It would be nicer if the experience is going down the hill in a tube, like the other resorts. But, the other outdoor amenities were superb. The ski and the skating on the top of the hill were great.

The breakfasts were delicious and prepared to perfection. The fruit was perfectly ripe and fresh. I loved it that there were gluten free options(toast etc.) My bed was very cozy and the linens were very nice. I loved that there was only one remote control for the T.V. nothing complicated . My personal bathroom was supplied with all the essentials and the shower water pressure was spot on. The windows let in glorious light and beautiful view of "Blue" from the loft area during the day and lit up at night. The sauna and hot tub both look lovely, though I didn't use them, I witnessed other guests enjoying them.

I don't feel that anything could have been any better.

The condos are not provided with the same amenities as the other types of rooms (no pool time allowed for those in condo). Had to pay to go to Acqua centre if you wanted a pool....also had to pay to go to private beach even if you're a guest. My biggest issue was that there were not enough play all day passes for those staying at the resort (even when I tried to book 2 weeks in advance). You are forced to spend a lot of money for play as you go to keep the kids busy even for a short while. Also Wi-Fi was not complimentary, felt like everything was Cash grab.

the house was very pretty and comfortable and well located.

The hotel staff didn’t give us any instructions for our stay and it was a very stressful first day because we didn’t go with a car and we had to waste a lot of time trying to get any transportation from the bus stop to the check in area

Spacious, well equipped apartment close to the village. Great views over the golf course. Outside areas nicely planted and maintained. Loved having laundry facilities.

Not much, apartment decor was a bit outdated, but was not a problem.. Could have done with smart TV to log into our accounts and steam

The room was well quipped, very spacious and very very clean! Everything was so clean - bedding, floors, bathroom, dishes, kitchenware. All the kitchenware is available for you and all the appliances like in any house, including dishwasher, coffemachine, toaster.

I wish either checking would be earlier than 4pm. or checkout at least at 12pm. For example, during one night stay , family with kids will not be able to use the pool at all. Everything else is great!
