Loved the pricing, warm breakfast, cleanliness and overall appeal and centricity of the place in the city. Did not like the maze-like walk around hotel and getting lost when trying to find your room. Did not like low ceilings in lobby, common areas and the rooms.

The hotel is maintained well for its age but I suppose they cannot do anything to fix the low ceiling height. It feels claustrophobic and stuffy in most common areas and the bedroom. Also the rooms access is at the back of the hotel and the walk from the front to the back feels like walking through a cryptic abyss.

Comfortable room. Good location. Nice breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Parking an issue. Seems theres a tug of war between the bowling alley and the hotel for the limited spaces shared by the two businesses. Add to that it seems everyone drives nothing less than a F150 and like to take up multiple spaces. Had to drive around and around and eventually park waaaaay over there each and every time we came back from somewhere no matter the day or the time.

We liked the separate sitting area and the table that seated 4 people, the pool was nice, and the restaurant was awesome, oh yeah, and the aquarium

That the pool closed at 10pm. Wish it was open til 11pm. The restaurant was not busy but still had to wait over 1/2 hour to order our food and another hour to get our dinner so no time to go swimming, outdoor patio closed, and hottub closed, spare blankets smelt really bad!!!

Room was really big and comfortable for three people. It was nice to have the little kitchen area as well. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty, several options. Quiet hotel with lots of amenities. We did not use the gym and pool but they looked really nice.

The bathroom was very small in comparison to the size of the room. Would have been nice to have the sink and vanity outside the shower/toilet room. These things are minor but just pointing this out: - Tv did not work in the bedroom. - would be nice to have a coffee or water station in the lobby - hotel restaurant not open for dinner Sun/Mon. - Lineup for breakfast was too long first thing in the morning. Might be better to open it at 6am. We had to get breakfast offsite on the Monday as we had to make our train tour and the line would have made us late.

Breakfast was great - always fresh and full trays - with fantastic team bringing out food and clearing dishes the rooms were clean and the makeup remover towelette in the bathroom was a nice touch .

Breakfast - Could have used a little change from day to day . After 5 days - there was no change in any options . Even if there was a change in type of fresh fruit selection . The elevator was a long haul from the lobby area , but not a big deal

Upon arrival the feeling of being safe and comfortable is evident beginning with the reception staff who greet you warmly with a smile that gives you the impression that they are genuinely happy you have arrived . The premises are clean and tastefully decorated . The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is inviting and has a varied menu to please everyone's palate. The pool area is large, clean and family oriented.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was not available.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean. Upgraded my room for no charge as it was mother's Day.

Restaurant was closed so no hot breakfast. Hot tub was also closed. Rooms were a little dusty, housekeeping needs to clean all surfaces including those up high that can't be seen. Room rates should reflect what's available so when there's renovations happening and no restaurant the rooms should be slightly less than normal.

Great pool, breakfast, and rooms.

On the Saturday night we could not find parking. There was a big event at the hotel, the restaurant was full, the bowling ally was full, and I think that people were parked there for the hockey arena next door as well. I spent 1 hour trying to find a parking spot. Apparently, there is a parking lot across the street that can be used but I did not know about that beforehand.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast we had every morning was fantastic. Fresh and hot. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Super friendly staff as well.

We were given a room on the 1st floor which was facing the patio. Every night it was noisy and was very loud into our room. Made it difficult for sleeping. Put fan on air conditioning to drown out noise. Also our bathroom was extremely small. There was only enough room to close the door as you backed in to use facilities in the washroom.

The room was big. complimentary breakfast was excellent. kitchen staff was great and friendly. pizzateca delivers to the room and the food was great.

Tub was not cleaned. front desk immediately asked someone to clean. The check in front desk was not friendly and not polite(checked in 9 pm). it was not good impression. all family suites were located where there was no elevator. it was inconvenient when travelling with an infant and disability family member. had to carry the stroller and bassinet to second floor (13 steps).
