We saw a lot of places when we were there . We had a great time.

There were not too many things we did not like . But you do need to get the person who works at the Motel some help . She was very good and helped us if we needed anything. It does need some up dates to the place .

I liked the location a lot, the price was fair and it seemed like a lot of people that were staying there were living at the hotel which made it feel more homely and safe.

The rooms could use some updating and deep cleaning, but everything was fine.

Very comfortable. Loved walking the neighborhood. Historic buildings and museums. Microwave and fridge. Great location and friendly staff..

It was just fine. No complaints

I did not stay for breakfast at the hotel. I enjoyed the location. It was in the downtown area.

I only have two complaints. The first, I would have preferred that the beds would be a little more comfortable. The second, there was no ventilation in the bathroom for the steam from a hot shower. The bathroom was entirely soaked from moisture and condensation because there was no where for the steam to go. I even had to trash the toilet paper in the bathroom because it was dampened too much from moisture. There was a switch in the bathroom indicating that it should turn on a fan, but there was no fan, and no vent opening anywhere in the bathroom. Other than those issues, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the motel rooms were. You could tell the motel is very old, but it is maintained very nicely.

Great location easy to get to, close to bars. Melissa was a fantastic host, when I go back I'll try to get stay there.

Neighborhood a little sketchy, but since I'm from Detroit that's not really an issue. Others may be hesitant however, js.

Friendly staff and off the road

Rooms need some updating. Not having a fan in the bathroom made things difficult.

We arrived extremely late at night after check in times because of an inconvenience on the snowy and muddy road, and although we didn't notify and had already lost our booking, the manager was so nice to take time and look for another place to spend the rest of the night.

I loved the fact that it has more privacy versus a regular hotel room, plus the price is simply unbeatable.

the water pressure isn’t great in the shower, but even that isn’t the worst.

The room was clean

The location was close to the Soo Locks and the downtown shopping and restaurants. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

It is an older motel.
