Exterior is very updated and modern, front parking lot is very well lit and well managed. The bathrooms had excellent water pressure and had good Dove brand amenities, which you never find in hotels so that was great! Lastly, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly, and air conditioning in the room worked very well!

The back parking lot which I had to park in is prone to vehicle break ins (having a new car this did not sit well with me) and there is just one camera watching the lot and not well lit or maintained at all. Also the interior of the building could use some updating as well.

It's Spring ! The facilities were clean. Sweeping up the accumulated sand outside front area would make it cleaner. ALso, rug on bottom step overhung stair some - slip hazard. Front door windows with polyester cloth frequently - just little touches would show the extra effort. Is is hard to criticize however, as it was pretty impeccable. Lastly, need a bran cereal choice for breakfast

they did not clean room, which is now became norm in hotels and it supposedly due to COVID even though it doesn’t make any sense anymore, but hotels still say that and price they charge didn’t go down due to that, Now they do not clean rooms for days, but on top of it in this hotel they didn’t bother even to bring the towels. when I asked for clean towel, they said they will bring it and they never did. Sofa bad didn’t have any sheets and it was no extra pillow or blanket. I had to go and ask for it and make my own bad. For $220/ night no cleaning and make your own bad.

The location was great, room size and layout were fantastic. The continental breakfast was full of options. The kids had a blast at the pool, sauna and hot tub.

There isn't much parking and I didn't have my credit card as I had misplaced it but wanted to pay with debit and just felt like they didn't like that. Kept going on about a credit card. I use my phone to pay with my credit card so didn't even think about having the physical copy on me. It was still on file and I was paying debit so just didn't understand what the issue was since I paid a deposit as well.

Loved the location. Right by the waterfront, across the street from a mall. Near several restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the Agawa train station. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast had lots of choices, from hot and cold cereal to toast and a pastry choice to eggs, sausage and bacon plus waffles.

My only complaints were there was no hotel manual or stationary in the room, breakfast could be a little chaotic and the fruit choices were sub par.

It had been a rough trip getting there but the dtaff were awesome when we got there and went above and beyond to accomodate us.

We had booked through booking.com and got our confirmation from them. When we arrived however, our king bed room had been rented out to someone else so we had to book a new room upon arrival and had to spent our last night of our vacation with two smaller, double beds. But this is a upper managerial issue, not caused by front desk staff decisions.

Staff were very friendly and informative... room was spotless...beds comfortable...no complaints about the room...there was an unexpected $5 parking charge added to the bill, when I read free parking on booking, so...

The location was near shopping, restaurants and the lovely boardwalk along the water, however, we had to avoid a few of the locals that , let's say we're not sober and a little unsettling...the staff had to chase them away from the property...

The staff was friendly and helpful .the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Parking was very very tight and limited .you couldn't park a car or truck with a trailer you had to park across the street at the mall .also they charge 5 dollars to park your vehicle.that was a first in all my years at staying at a hotel never have I been charged to park my vehicle at the place I am staying .

Me and my husband both love to stay at Holiday Inn always and wherever we travel. It’s definitely budget friendly and we love their service, it’s simply great. I love their breakfast too it’s really fresh and filling

There was one staff member who was outstanding. Her name is Gillian. Her professional personality is second to none. My wife and I stay in at least 12 hotels a year. She went out of her way not only the help us but explain pool times, breakfast times and where the ice and vending machines where. Great job and Thanks
