Comfort Inn

I loved the large terrace across the whole back of the building. Our little dog loved being able to go outside through the patio doors and sit with us. I loved being able to go outside and sit on the terrace too. We sat and talked with our 3 neighbors which is something you don’t usually get to do while staying in a hotel. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day too.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were responsive to our needs and very kind. The breakfasts were delicious. The room (king with sofa bed) itself was spacious and had a nice patio door that lead out to a common deck. The bed was super comfy! We liked the walk in shower. Overall, it was a great experience.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Location is great and even though they are under renovations they kept the place safe and tidy. Easily accessible.

The pet room was clean but the floor was very slippery from the cleaning supplies. The hotel staff was very receptive to my concerns and will work with the cleaning staff to prevent this in the future.

Our own fault!! The Inn was quite far out of the town and we had no car, but, eventually managed to get buses sorted for ourselves.

Even though undergoing renovations, this hotel ran smoothly. It's going to be an exceptional place when the renos are done. The breakfast room had coffee available 24/7, as well as snacks. Really felt at home.

A coffee maker in the room would still be nice, so I could have coffee without having to get dressed. :)

Great location, close to all amenties, lots of restaurants within close walking distance, and handy to TransCanada hiway. Staff were great ! Ground floor rooms in the back of the building with walk out door to a common walk way handy for taking the dog outside for a walk. Breakfast was good too !

Felt secure and safe with all the pandemic precautions being taken. The staff was helpful and friendly. Most importantly they called us about a phone we left in the room before we even left the city for our drive to Toronto! Also, the rooms were amazingly soundproof - there was construction right outside our room but we didn't hear it with the windows closed!

The property was conveniently located and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe staying here and parking my car. My room was huge!

Very good..I never asked for a quiet room I asked for a shower stall. The hotel had no shower stalls. Room was very quiet. The staff at the hotel was superb from the front desk to breakfast person and cleaning.

Breakfast was excellent and the gentleman who was replenishing items handled a stressful time very well....everything was clean and all staff were helpful and pleasant
