The hotel was very clean and staff were exceptional!!! My flights into the city were changed and I arrived earlier than expected. The staff offered to store my luggage and give me a call when our room was ready which only took about an hour. I was extremely impressed and appreciative.

There was nothing about this experience that I didn't like. I am already hoping to stay at this location when I am planning my trip home.

The beds were comfy, the bathroom a bit small but clean.A lot of TV channels.The pool and the gym were fine,the continental breakfast was very good: scramble eggs,bacon,toast,potatoes,coffee or juice.Very delicious!

The smell in the room was awful,I think someone smoked in there,the view wasn't great because a new building is build and at 7 am peaple started to work so you can imagine the noise!😤 Also I didn't like that they put just one cup for coffee at 4 people,the coffee was only decaf, we had only 1 shampoo,1 conditioner, 1 soap for 4 people,so it was very disappointing!

Staff were great to bring extra towels, toilet paper, etc fairly quickly after calling down. Hotel had a special dinner price for the convention we were there for. Room was nice and big for a two queen. Was close to the con centre. Very enjoyable stay.

Wifi refused to work. We kept trying but nothing would load. We had to use our data all weekend. We were not advised it would cost $50 extra to check in before 3pm, and that parking was $20 a night. Both of these were okay amongst the group as extra fees that we were, thankfully, easily able to pay.

The staff were super friendly! Room was nice and clean, we checked in just before dinner time and there was no wait time (after dinner it had gotten busy from the airport traffic) check in was quick, and loved that kids eat free there 😀

Although everything was super clean there was a stain on my bedding, it was washed just didn't look very apealing. Having dinner in the restaurant was very slow service,it wasn't busy and took 20 mins just for someone to ask if we wanted drinks, the food how ever came very fast and hot , the morning was much better for breakfast we were attended to right away

They received an order of rose peddles before I arrived that I had ordered because my husband and I got married that day. They went above and beyond to set them up around the room and to make it as romantic as possible. They even gave us a few discounts to congratulate us. We are very grateful

we loved the pool. The hotel staff offered to put us near the pool because with the kids. The only thing we disliked is that there was a soccer team with like 15 kids and they got kind of rowdy in pool and took over however that’s out of the hotels control. clean room, super comfy bed and pillows and we love the dove soap lol

We liked everything however we were told we couldn’t order room service you have to actually go to the restaurant. also I feel that 28$ per night for parking is a lot. it should be included when you get a room.

Polite,friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Large spacious room. Very clean thruout. Didn't use it but had a pool we could've used. And very quiet considering how close to the airport we were. The restaurant (Perkins) attached to the hotel had delicious food.

Small bathroom and no microwave in the room or lobby for guest to use. Parking gate didn't work properly.

Staff is super friendly. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it's serves its purpose perfectly ; very close to the airport, comfortable, so clean and walking distance from the Toronto Congress Center.

Surroundings are not so interesting, but I wasn't there for leisure, so I didn't care at all.

The staff was great and the room was very clean. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and others just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, including Tim Hortons. The shuttle starts at 4 am and runs every half hour. It's is clean and time. I would recommend the hotel.

Very clean..very nice and knowledgeable staff. Good price for the room. Loved the Maki mono restaurant just down from hotel..excellent food

Wasn't really anything I did not like but the area was very busy traffic wise but that's not the hotels fault.
