Great hotel but... The parking garage setup is poor at best, not matching the hotel level of standard. The drive down is poorly marked and if this is all you have for parking it needs to be a better arrangement, I suggest full time valet services be available even if you have to do it for free. You don't want an aggravated guest from the moment they arrive in the hotel after going through that parking arrangement. It's less than welcoming. By the time you get to the check-in counter your tense! I saw several other people besides myself get lost or confused how to park, where to park, how to get back down to the car. -not a good arrangement.

What did we like? Everything! The staff was exceptional, catered to our every need, shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful. Perfect for staying and commuting to downtown Toronto by train. The gym facility is top notch as well as the property in general. Daily housekeeping was seamless as a lot of hotels only offer this by request due to covid. Rohan saw to our needs at breakfast and he was truly the highlight of our hospitality experience but all of the staff went above and beyond. We will be staying here whenever we visit Toronto.

The only complaint would be the in-door pool was very small, and no hot tub but honestly everything else was so spectacular we didn’t even care.

The staff member, Prince, at the front desk was so helpful, personable and welcoming. We got off from an super early flight and have to take another super early flight the next day. Although the check in time is 3pm, Prince was able to help us get the room ready early. We could rest enough before getting exhausted. During the short wait, we had breakfast at the atmosphere restaurant on site. Prince kept our luggage in the storage properly. The service at the restaurant and with the shuttle bus was also impressive. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant stay.

Great room...clean, no carpet which was wonderful and a comfortable bed! Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. No buffet and our waiter was super happy to start the day and served us well! Parking was super easy and quick shuttle service to the airport and back! Was so happy with our stay that we booked again 2 weeks later!

Everything, we love everything about our stay. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, the view was amazing, the location was ideal for us, and the food was amazing. It is far from the nightlife but we didn't mind.

Paying for parking. The fact that you have to pay for parking when there is no other place to park is crazy. It was $30 per night. That should be included when you stay at the hotel.

I thought the front desk staff was very warm and helpful. Kind. I loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby, but was disappointed with breakfast selection.

I had no hot water, and all I wanted to do after long travels was shower and sleep. I found the food far too expensive for what I got and fir the quality. I'd not eat there again.

The property was close to the airport and also had a free shuttle. Huge win!!! Our booking also came with free breakfast every morning plus, near several restaurants to choose from for dinner. Also, the concierge was very helpful in securing us a last minute car ride to Niagara Falls.

The wait times for checking in and out was out of control. It’s very close to the airport and lots of layovers for flight crews who needed certain amenities and it took them absolutely forever.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast included was really a full buffet with personalized omelets. Staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms were updated but the corridors need updates.

There was a stain on the bedsheet that was very obvious. I told reception when I was leaving and they apologized and offered to take the parking fee off my bill.

Proximity to the airport and staff kindness.

My flight had to arrive one day later because of the snowstorm; they charged me the full price for that day despite I sent several messages as soon as I was informed of the delay, informing it and requesting to move the same amount of booked days (2)

Great breakfast buffet. The beds were very cozy. Room had a large screen TV. The pool was great. It conveniently stays open till 11 pm, for those who like to swim at the end of the day. The bathroom had nice, scented soap and shampoo.

Parking is too expensive at $28.00 CDN.
