The bed was more than comfortable. The included breakfast options exceeded our expectations.

Although breakfast is included as part of the room price, we still received a bill at our table. Although the bill showed no charge, it was left specifically to pay a gratuity to the coffee servers. We felt very pressured and obligated into leaving more money as a tip than what we might even pay for a simple breakfast elsewhere.

Efficient check-in/out process. Staff friendly and informative. Good room and very comfortable bed; I wish I had had more time to sleep. Quiet (except my room was beside the ice machine and that woke me up). Very convenient to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle but I walked instead and probably made it there in the same amount of time.

The shower didn't really work: nice hot water but the valve between bottom faucet and shower didn't engage so I mostly bird-bathed. (Fine by me, but maybe not for others.) The internet was a little complicated to connect with (I'm tech retarded but I do travel a lot and usually do not have trouble). Also every time I shut my computer I had to reconnect. Speed was great though.

Loved the pillows! Ranged in shape & was able to choose what suited me as a back sleeper. (Most places I stay in have thin hard pillows). Bed v. comfortable. Linens & towels immaculately clean. Loved that the shuttle bus was right there just as I needed to leave in the a.m. & only took 5 minutes, direct to airport.

TV didn't permit access to channel guide when pressing Guide on remote. (Got round it by pressing channel up/down button). Room didn't seem quite thoroughly cleaned and set up - maybe 95%; a little stickiness on one surface & scattering of dust in bathroom.

The hotel is clean and has good airport shuttle connection. I only stayed overnight and had a spacious room. Can’t comment on amenities as literally stayed for a few hours at night to take some rest in between flights.

Not the property’s fault but booking.com confirmed the booking to me did not confirm it to the hotel so it was frustrating arriving late night with young children hoping to get a couple of hours sleep before an early morning flight. It took several calls with booking.com and when it was taking way too long, the front desk were kind enough to give us a key to a room. Booking.com eventually apologized for their mistake yet it was quite stressful on the day. So Thanks Hilton for your understanding.

the location was fine, close to the airport as needed. the rooms had what was needed, if slightly small feeling. the free shuttle back to the airport in the morning was great. it was a convenient hotel that was comfortable enough for what I needed it for. wasn’t going for luxury, just close and good value which is what it was.

the free shuttle was confusing at night time. I wish there was more information on finding it and knowing it was going to pick me up on time to check in before midnight. it felt a bit noisy at night, but I guess that’s to be expected.

The room was spacious enough for our needs, clean with ample towels, soap and shampoo. We didn't eat here as we went into Toronto each day using the hotels excellent shuttle service to the airport. From the airport the UP (slow) express into Toronto.

We would have preferred a kettle and cups instead of a coffee machine and paper cups as we are not coffee drinkers. I did ask at reception but none available. Yes you can make tea with the water, but it is not the same!

We just had a wonderful stay for 1 night before a flight. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the buffet breakfast (25$) was excellent! We will come back here every time we need to stay near the airport (YYZ).

During the check-in, no information was provided and it was done very quickly. I think that the service could be improved at the front desk. We had requested a bed for our baby, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived and we called twice to get 1 to the room.

We walked to the hotel from the airport train, I do not recommend doing this as the sidewalk is very narrow in places. Check in was smooth and the room was very nice and comfortable. The staff all seemed friendly. The shuttle service runs at all times so was excellent for getting us back to the airport.

The restaurant had a very limited fair and the convenience store on site was limited as well. I do not think there were other options close by. We phoned the front desk to ask where the hot tub was and when we got there it was closed.

I loved this beautiful spot, directly opposite the Toronto International Airport, with great views outside the windows! I loved how easy and simple the check-in was, and with the friendly and informative front desk staff, I was very pleased! Especially from checking into the rooms, I was super big with plenty of space and a large window view of planes and the airport! Also, not forgetting the amazing free bus shuttle service, which made things really easy!
