The breakfast needs improvement. Food cooked that morning would be nice.

Good size room, facilities, breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. All good.

Hot water in shower was not hot enough.

Good service, very clean and new and very well maintained. Great facilities like warm pool and new gym. Big window in the room. Very comfortable beds and linen and pillows.

Super close to the airport. Lots of transportation around to get into and out of the city/ surrounding areas. Toronto zoo - 2hr-45min (bus/train) Niagra falls - 3hr-30min (bus) Toronto - 45-60mins (bus and / or train) Shuttle to hotel/airport- 5mins (every 30 mins)((terminal 1 and 3 pickup and drop off)) Seems long, but in reality, you'll pay 5-10$ to get to any of these stops instead of 3-500$ for a car rental. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The products they have for sale (snacks and stuff) are super expensive (10$ a large bag of chips for ex.). Other than that, everything was amazing, just like the included breakfast! To note: this is an unreal spot for aviation enthusiasts. Will 100% be worth your money We were in room 417. (Facing the city) the other side would be great to catch arrivals if you're 5th and above that way you can see the airfield. Otherwise the side facing the city is beautiful with the CN tower.

Clean, well organized. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff on arrival. Friendly, caring, and very helpful. I already booked another stay. Highly recommended!

The only concern was with the shuttle service. I waited almost 45 minutes on arrival to be picked up. And on departure driver was late 25 minutes. It may seem not much, but when people have flights to catch, it makes a big difference. Definitely needs improvement in tardiness. It will not keep me from booking again, and I already did, but I will plan my departure accordingly, knowing the shuttle is not very reliable and on time.

I love this property. Third time being here! The view of the runway was a highlight for my son as well as the pool. The breakfast was great and the hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing. One major reason I choose here every time I come to Toronto is because of the airport shuttle. Forgot our iPad in the room and the front desk got it for us and sent it with the shuttle on his next run to the airport. Thank you so much.

The hotel was clean with all the amenities, and we could ask the front desk for any extra amenities we forgot at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, patiently answering our questions and providing helpful suggestions. The breakfast was very good with a plentiful supply and lots of options. Although we were close to the airport, no sounds of airplanes flying overhead unless you are outside. I also loved the blackout blinds in the room. It's quite distant from Toronto downtown, but that could be viewed as a plus, with less traffic congestion! There's a free shuttle bus to the nearby airport, where you can take a train straight to Union Station and avoid the traffic.

The check in with amirina was smooth and enjoyable even though she had to ask me for a 509$ deposit due to non availability of the credit card. But with her approach I had no problem doing it The check out was also great with pardeep, as I had an issue with some guests in my floor, her intervention along with the Nihad showed me the professionalism of IHG teams. Thanks for your action that recovered the issue I had on the night before

Guests need more awareness to calm down as it’s a nearby the airport hotel and movement can be continuous but for others it can be the late check in therefore a long morning sleep that needs to be considered by early birds
