Great location! Some of the best chicken wings I have ever had! Loved the large rooms with the view of the planes. So many places to plug devices. Comfy bed. Clean and modern bathroom. Did not get in the pool but the view from the pool room was amazing. Loved the lighting fixtures in the room that all had the patterns in the shades.

So when I arrived there was no one at the valet counter (which is fine I was just dropping bags off) but as I looked around for the check in area I saw signs it was on 4. The two elevators at valet did not work and when I got to the second escalator it was stopped. Saw a whole bunch of older people nearly kill themselves trying to get the bags up to the 4th floor. When I told the lady at check in she acted so surprised and maybe thought I was making it up.

We, a family including a kid from India, who don't speak or understand French and not knowing the place, Montreal, was confused thinking where to stay. Even the extreme cold weather was new for us.. When we got to know that this hotel is inside the airport itself we were really happy and booked it right away. Though the charges are on upper side we were so happy that we got a room here. We didn't want to go outside the airport to get to the hotel as it's inside it and just got to take a lift. And all the staffs speak fluent English. In all ways we were so comfortable. Rooms were pretty good. Liked everything about the room.

quietness very clean time of arrival even if it was late we were well received time to check-out is later then usual time so it is nice that you consider giving us more time in the morning . thanks

the coffee maker did not work and I am a tea drinker not coffee. the hairdryer needs to be change….very very noisy the shower end up with a big puddle of water because there is no door at the end even if I was careful….the design is like that but a shower curtain can be added.

Room was great. View was fun. Bed was comfy. Restaurant was great. Amenities were very nice.

1) Had to get washed in the room sink. Absolutely no hot water for shower or bath. Tried on and off for 30 minutes. Gave up and get washed in the sink. For a room that cost over $400.00 per night, that is not ok. Also, why do pricey hotels have to keep using such cheap toilet paper. Step it up folks. It’s not like your charging pennies. 😳

I was booking this for my 85 year old parents who were flying from Kelowna, BC to Fort Worth, Texas and they had a travel day from hell with delays. Once they got to the airport in Montreal it was late and they were exhausted and their flight was cancelled until the next day. I requested as late a check out as possible for them as their new flight wasn't until 6:40 pm the next day. Not only did they accommodate the request, they gave them a 3pm checkout which I've never experienced in my 54 years of travel. Can't thank you all enough, they needed the rest. Cheers! A very happy customer.

Price was extremely high for a one night stay, but the convenience of location was so worth it.

Location was very convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The desk attendant when checking in was very nice and polite.

The price for 1 night was a little high but I understand i am paying for the convenience. The air conditioner in the room did not work very well. Lastly, upon leaving, I would not have expected to see the desk attendant eating foods at the desk.

The location was a selling point since otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten to a hotel until nearly 1am. Also the room was comfortable and probably the most luxurious I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. I’m looking forward to revising this hotel on Saturday.

My only complaint is that it was a very long walk from arrivals, but that’s such a small point.

Great location as hotel is in the PET terminal. Arrived from Cuba via Air Transat at 00h36. With customs and Covid procedures did not get to hotel until 02h30. Only around a 15 minute walk from arrivals to the hotel. Check in was swift. Nice to have this hotel inside the terminal. Had a nice sleep until 07h. Went for a very good breakfast at the Marriott restaurant next to the hotel desk.. Later in the afternoon had a club sandwich from the restaurant, which was also very good. As the bus to Gatineau did not leave until 17h30 we booked the room until this time as check out was 12h. Only had to pay a nominal extra amount. This made our return to Canada rather seamless. Great stay. I think we will now always book this hotel one day before flying out from PET and for one day extra after flying back from our holiday destination. Makes the holiday much more relaxing and less hectic.

Check in was quick and efficient. The bellboy also ordered a wheelchair for my departure which came exactly on time.I greatly enjoyed the main restaurant - once for dinner by myself and again on my return to the hotel with four of my friends.The food and wines were excellent.

There was nothing I disliked. This is a well staffed and efficient hotel Attention has been paid to every aspect. The room couldn't have been more comfortable or inviting I would highly recommend this hotel.

We parked the car for 8 days using the hotel's valet service. When we returned from the trip there was no valet on duty and the hotel staff although helpful were unable to locate the car for over an hour. We asked ourselves why we paid the high cost of valet service when there there wasn't any.
