My best type of hotels: modern, clean, gives you the feeling you're the first one to use the room. Includes free breakfast, and has a nice indoor pool with a slide for kids. One thing that caught my attention is the CEO being always present on the ground with the hotel employees, inspecting and watching things, something I don't remember having seen elsewhere before.

If I have to mention something it would be the water backing up a little bit in the bathtub. Nothing serious but should be looked into.

Needed an emergency hotel stay at 11pm, booked it and arrived 30 minutes later and they had everything ready. Staff was on the ball and got us checked in within a couple of minutes. Our room was clean and spacious. Loved how there was dove body products in the shower, so I felt totally comfortable to wash my hair and body without feeling like the products might damage my dry skin or curly hair. Parking was free which is always great. There was complimentary coffee in the front desk when we checked out the next morning. Honestly 10/10. Definitely gonna keep microtel in mind next time I go traveling.

A little bummed that they didn't have kind size beds, but queen was still very comfortable for my fiancé and I. Pillows are huge, so if you prefer a flatter pillow, I suggest bringing your own

It was very new and clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. The rooms were comfortable - beds and pillows - with a good sized bathroom. Lots of Places to put your luggage as we were travelling with a lot. The registration was simple and efficient. The room had a small fridge with a freezer, microwave and a key rig machine plus water, coffee and tea are available 24 hours in the lobby.

Like many airport hotels, it is located in a food desert so delivery or taking transportation is the only way to dine. They have a few frozen items one can heat in the microwave in room.

On both my visits there, I enjoyed how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Once I entered my room, everything looked new and clean, which felt very welcoming and excited during my stay. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. Aside from that, I enjoyed using both the pool/hot tub and gym. After that, I treated myself to some breakfast (Included in the price) which was good as well! Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I will return again!

The only thing I didn't like was that, on my 2nd visit, the bathroom wasn't 100% clean (Example: Long piece of hair in the shower and sink, a little dust under the couch). Aside from that, everything was good!

The hotel is brand new, the room is great and clean. I appreciated to have a bath tub and a microwave in the room. The bed is comfortable and the hotel itself is pretty quiet (no excessive noise coming from the hallway). The front desk person was friendly and helpful (thank you!!). They also have a small convenience store if you need anything. I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located next to a highway so you hear cars all the time (minor inconvenience for me). This is an 'empty' area - no restaurants around and delivery is not really efficient (nor good as a matter of fact).

This is a new hotel (opened June, 2022) and close to the airport but not so close that you hear the planes.It is on a main autoroute but the building is soundproofed well so you don't hear the traffic. The staff was responsive when my first room had two deficiencies and they changed the room to a better one.

This is not a drawback so much as an advisory - while the hotel is easy to find, it is not easy to get to. Familiarize yourself with a map of the area (Google or old-fashioned paper, the CAA map of Montreal was great) so you will know all the turns you have to make to get there.

Need variety in the breakfast menu at lease weekly / bi-weekly basis. - Baked Beans are not up to mark - Scrambled egg can be better. - Sausages are dried, could have been better to have option with chicken sausages. - Fruits are not fresh once or twice a week Cheese & Egg omlet was good, Good options with boiled egg, yogurt, cornflakes, bread toasts etc..

Breakfast need to have variations. More options need to made available for regular guests.

The property was very clean and service was excellent. We loved that the room came with a snooz smart white noise speaker. Breakfast was complementary and had many choices. The pool and slide was awesome and fun. I will book another stay at a Microtel again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

The rooms, the pool area is a big hit if you have family with kids. Breakfast is good overall. Staff at front desk and breakfast service were friendly.

The BIG downside for us was the NOISE that comes from the highway. I'm not sure if I would come back due to this reason, maybe an interior room otherwise.

Clean the most clean hotel i ever went to in Montreal. I tried 5 stars hotels every time i visit Montreal but not like this hotel it s new and clean

We book a suite everything is perfect, the only thing that bothered us is the refrigerator inside the room we couldn't sleep from its sound it s very very loud like a generator next to u. That was annoying we couldn't sleep
