The breakfast was good my kids loved that but in my opinion, it's missing vegetables and fruits. They had only bananas and oranges. The staff are friendly.

When we arrived, we had booked a room for four people, but upon entering, it appeared to be arranged for only two. When I inquired at the reception desk, I was informed that I could open the sofa, where I would find all the blankets, sheets, and pillow covers under the TV drawer. I had expected that the hotel staff would assist me with this rather than having to do it myself.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, I was traveling with 1 teen, an 11 year old and 1 toddler and their king sized room with convertible sofa was comfortable enough. Our rooms were always kept clean despite the significant mess my youngest made on some of the days. It was also very easy to drive into montreal town. The gym was very clean too and their pool was quite good.

loved the decor, the cleanliness and the breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and I was able to use the hob to cook a quick meal. The bathroom is very accessible and there is a seat in it too. It was a very pleasant stay indeed and it is incredible for families. I loved the offering at breakfast and the staff at breakfast were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. I ait was a short 15 minutes ride from the airport so it’s pretty close.

The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and nice and helpful,the room has a good size for family with kids and was clean. We enjoyed the pool and the lobby with free coffee all the day. Location is good close to everything. Check in and out was so easy . Breakfast was tasty and has a lot of choices.

Overpriced, the bath has sliding door which is unusual and old fashioned not comfortable at all.

Room is clean, have kitchenette with all you will need like plates, utensils and dishwasher. Clean heated pool, free self-service carwash and secured underground parking garage... breakfast isreally nice and lots of choices... staff are very friendly and nice.. Location is very good, close to airport and downtown montreal where most of the tourist spots are.

- The place was very clean, looked brand new - Underground parking had free level 2 chargepoint for EVs - Staff was very welcoming and polite - Our room was bigger than I expected, had everything we needed, the kitchenette was an awesome add-on - Breakfast was awesome, but it was too crowded, of course because we visited during a holiday weekend - Very conveniently located - One of the best and satisfying stay during our vacation

- We thought the queen bed was a bit small - The mattress felt a bit uncomfortable

Pillows are very soft 😌 not good for sleep. We asked for 1 hour time extension after 12 pm to finish our preparation . The reception refused. Room vew is parking . No cream lotion in the bathroom. They say out of stock

Things I remember most when I visit a hotel is the staff and this staff by far have been the best since I've started travelling. Super friendly. Rooms very clean and the sofa bed was surprisingly extremely comfortable. Love, love, love the fact the elevator requires a key card to get you from floor to floor. Very secure especially with kids.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like

- Attentive staff that could resolve issues quickly. - Daily breakfast included.

- Maid service missed cleaning the room for a day. - Plumbing was problematic. Clogged with toilet paper in the toilet often. - Not enough soap in the rooms.
