Great location and staff! Hot tub was amazing! Room was excellent. I think it was too expansive but it was my first time in Mont Tremblant and it is probably the correct price!

Breakfast was ok! There could be more fresh fruits and a gluten-free bread!

we loved our one bedroom room on the 4th floor. lots of space, comfortable sitting areas and space to work away from home. tThe bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, good pastries!

I had chosen the hotel for the room and facilities. Sadly the outdoor hottub was not as hoped, it was just a warm pool (not a hottub). There is potential to really maximize the outdoors for guests and it would be lovely to see some love given to the space. There was no breakfast area really - luckily we had a suite so we had a table and space to eat. I find for the price guesuts are paying there should be a dining area and hottub updates. Otherwise nice place!

Large room, well equipped for a long stay with a full kitchen (appliances, silverware and cookware), Very easy to park in the hotel or nearby. Walking distance to everything in Mont Tremblant and 2 minutes away from the Gondola for a lift to the top of the resort. Very good service (breakfast)

Front desk a bit grumpy, quality of the breakfast very poor... not to mention that you have to clear your stuffs! Price of the parking high in summer.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Asked for extra toilet papper it was provided and asked to stay parked for a few house extra after cheak out and was tolled that was OK.

I would like to say the towels for the pool are too small. Really need to upgrade the size of those towels. We where 4 girls and the towels where too small for all of us. 2 of those people wear a size medium therefore they are of average size and the towels just don't cover anything. I book a suite with a full kitchen but it was not a full kitchen. I expected a full fridge and that is not what was provided. I also was under the impression I was getting an oven but there was no oven only stove top. This is unfortunate because we where unable to cook the food we brought with us as it was something that needed to be backed. Maybe the the oven issue was just something I misunderstood but I was expecting a full fridge and it was not the case.

- the internet/WIFI is a bit weak. one day we couldn’t even open our email. - hot pool is outside and the transition was unbearably cold and difficult - we requested housekeeping on day 3 and they barely did anything. when we returned to our room, the garbage cans were still full, dirty towel were still on the ground. - parking is $20 per night

In addition to the skiing and winter activities, Ermitage du Lac also offers comfortable and cozy accommodations. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, such as comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, fridge, cookware, oven, microwave and free Wi-Fi. I particularly enjoyed the large windows and fireplace in my room.

We had a wonderful stay at this spot, perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from the village center. The staff's warmth and friendliness made us feel welcomed. With an array of summer activities in Mont Tremblant, the standout was the captivating Tonga Lumina laser light show in the jungle – an absolute must-see.

Horrible internet. You have to pay $5 a day for high speed internet. Who charges extra these days? When room costs about $400 a night (including taxes), it is so cheap to ask extra for internet Heating unit is super loud - makes sleep quite uncomfortable

Very well located in the resort area. Walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable with simple breakfast included. Visited during late summer and enjoyed the many hiking trails.

We were originally given a room with an adjoining door. The sound proofing to the next room was almost nonexistent. The staff kindly moved us promptly to another room. I would recommend this hotel, but do ensure you ask for a room without adjoining doors.

Really nice room, very comfortable with Spa and outside heated pool.

Parking was not included and it's not super clear where to go since you need your room card to access the parking.
