We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon at Hotel Quintessence. Overall we found the staff friendly, our accommodations comfortable, and the on site facilities (spa, wine bar) enjoyable. We really enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the lake and access to a fire place in our room, very cozy and relaxing. The weather wasn't great when we arrived sadly, otherwise we would have tried the pool and hot tub which looked clean and enticing. The wine bar was a highlight, we felt the wine list was good and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

I know this is the case generally speaking with hotels and maybe Tremblant as a whole (as it is very touristy) but we found the hotel restaurant/food services to be a bit overpriced. We tried the tasing menu at the restaurant, and while it was good, we felt the cost didn't match the quality (the wine and service was excellent but the food itself was average). It felt the same when we ordered breakfast to our suite, it was expensive for a very good but very common 2 egg breakfast ($80). I would recommend hanging out in the wine bar, and enjoying a snack, but maybe finding a nice meal somewhere else in Tremblant (lots of nice restaurants to choose from).

Amazing experience from the very first moment we stepped into the hotel! Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the doorman, to the bell boy, to the waitresses. I felt welcomed and at home. I chose room 306 because it has an open view on the lake and huge panoramic view. There was an actual fire place, the room was huge, attentions from the staff was incredible and the quality of every experience was superb! Breakfast was exceptional and dinner absolutely memorable. The hotel is clean and perfectly located. My new favorite place!

This hotel is in a close, perfect spot away from the craziness of the town. The staff--especially the valet people were the best! They made me feel welcome and liked every single time. The setting on the lake was beautiful

I feel bad getting valet every time I wanted the car--which was relatively infrequent---but interacting with the valets made the stay! The restaurant is pricey, it would have been nice to have a breakfast included option to stay.

We like our evening visit for dinner. The service was excellent! The food was excellent! There was a nice and soft music at the background, so we can talk. And the fireplace add a romantic note . Thank you very much for such a pleasant evening!

The pillows are very soft. And the beds are too soft as well. It wasn't comfortable. Also, we had one breakfast in hotel and the final bill was for $71.But at the checkout we had to pay $81. Why? They suggest to ask restourant. But I didn't have time. We were in a hurry. So, it isn't a big deal , but I feel a little minor about it.

Everything was perfect for our stay, right from the check in itself. Loved the spacious rooms, the view, the patio setup in the rooms, the fireplace etc. The location is quite nice as well with close proximity to the village. Overall a day welll spent and would love to visit again.

A. The restaurant can have more vegetarian options and thefood was average. B. Would have liked the swimming pool to be a bit warm C. Did not think that the parking fee was justified after paying a decently expensive room price as it's expected that any guest would be driving there.

"Room with a view" is an understatement! Quintessential beauty (a turqouise infinity pool - a pristine mountain lake) is not. You just have to experience it.

As avid "senior" bikers (baby boomers) please promote your dedicated bike trails - paved safe trails that go on forever around a lake, into a darling village, and onto Montreal if you like!

Check-in was smooth and all employees were very helpful. The location is great as it is right next to Tremblant village. The room was comfortable, and room service was prompt. The view from the terrace was great for getting drinks. The restautaant and winebar had a wonderful atmosphere and service was excellent.

Unfortunately our stay was interrupted by the storm that knocked out power to the entire region. Due to the storm we did not get a chance to fully explore all the amenities. The staff handled the disruption very well and we were still able to get excellent cold food from the restaurant.

The location, on Mont-Tremblant lake, the hotel itself very luxurious, all the little attentions and amenities, the quality of the room, furniture, a real fire place, the excellent fine cuisine restaurant and the super friendly and exceptional staff.

The jacuzzi, as the outdoor pool and hot tub were in maintenance. they offered us a jacuzzi access from a presidential suite, but it was really ordinary. An old granny style jacuzzi (there was a old lady enjoying it in fact!). Another thing is the music. In the lobby, at the restaurant, on the terrace there’s always the same playlist of music covers. Playing popular songs but sometime too upbeat for the peaceful and relaxing moment we are trying to have!

The room and hotel location were wonderful. The service and cleaning crew for the room were terrible! Our room was not cleaned one day, and when we simply asked to the coffee service to be refreshed…it was so poor we had to call 3-4 times for missing items. At $500 per night that is not acceptable. The restaurant food quality was also subpar. The chef might want to focus a bit more on the basics ingredients.

Best breakfast we’ve had in Canada, absolutely loved our room and the view of the lake. Very close to the best walks and hiking trails. Would love to visit in the Winter to Ski..

I guess they could have offered the breakfast package at check in which we took in the restaurant. Also to tell us when to book the restaurant for music night. But we loved every minute of our stay.
