We loved our room - the suite was very comfortable and suited my family's needs. We loved the fireplace and the balcony! We loved the location of the hotel too because it was just steps from the pedestrian village. The facilities were very good too - my children enjoyed the heated pool very much. Since the pool was heated it made it very comfortable for the kids to go in and swim since the weather was a bit chilly for this time of year.

I didn't like the cost of food at the restaurant - I found it to be too expensive, especially for breakfast.

Staff was very helpful, valet parking was quick, room service was excellent. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Hotel was clean, grounds wer very nice. Close to trails and the beach. Will stay again for sure.

I do not have anything negative to say about the property. Nothing was out of place.

The room was extremely spacious and a great view on the pool. The pool is amazing and the lifeguard interacts and play games with the youth in the pool that is very well heated. The location of the hotel is great, right in the action and the staff is extremely nice and willing to help you.

The base of the toilet was loose. At the price we are paying for the hotel, the valet parking should be included.

following are very minor details that really did not affect our stay.. Just ideas to help improve the 0.0001% nuisance. We really were extremely happy with our stay. 1) water on shower wasnt hot, just warm. 2) Also unfortunately because of covid rooms weren't cleaned-up during stay. 3) safe deposit box did not work, 4) internet was somewhat unreliable and premium option did not work. 5) tv didn't have many channels...

Room is clean, spacious and tidy. Staff is friendly and supportive. Very trendy, high-class hotel in the area.

Hotel's restaurant does not open for dinner. No room service at all. Although they allow dog to stay with a surcharge, the restaurant's patio does not allow dog. Also, little restaurant is opened in Tremblant area, we ended up getting hot dogs for the night. The trip with my dog was a bit miserable.

Staff is great ! The size of the room was surprizing ! Walls could get a little love/upgrade but that's a detail. Breakfast was fresh and yummy (service was great as well). Booked a massage, very pricy for what is is.... Location is everything ! Underground parking makes it easier. Will book again !

The room had a fireplace which was a bonus, loved the location, the staff that accommodated us, the price level, the facilities. It was great Value. It even had dishware/glassware/utensils/microwave and fridge. Perfect for families.

well had problems checking in, an employee who quit didn't put our reservation in, but it was resolved.

It was my second time staying at this hotel - everything is great, from the amazing staff, to the great location, very relaxing pool, and very clean and well maintained rooms. I would go over and over again to this hotel with no question

The pool and hot tub were amazing and so enjoyable! My sister and I loved the sauna, especially the fact that it was available anytime. We received so much help from everyone there.

We only stayed one night so I don’t have much to complain about.

Excellent location on the hill.

It is a bit of a maze to navigate. It took us a couple of days to find the quickest ways between our room and desired entrances/exits and parking garage. Mind you, no problem with the emergency exits. Perhaps colour coded strips like you see in hospitals could help.
