The hotel is beautiful, the room (we got a free upgrade to a studio), and the location are fantastic. However, nothing matches their hospitality, especially two staff, Chantal (who upgraded our room) and Doris. Especially Doris was outstanding, not only she helped us decide which trail might be best but also she guided us to the added facilities (such as shower, it was raining crazy and we completed Grand Brule (although Doris warned us against doing it during the rain)) even after checking out. Thank you Doris Harnandez, without your support and guidance our trip back to Montreal would have been miserable.

We were greeted every time when we went by the front desk with a Bonjour and a smile. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils ,glass ware , plates and more. Beds were comfy. We were at the base of the Village , looking toward the lake with mountains in the background. Pretty view but better when the sun came out. Went out in the evening for dinner. Variety is there but like all places after Covid more restaurants closed . The restaurants we went to were good.

Bring your own groceries. Very expensive at the local little market.

It's at the beginning of the village, right beside the Lift to the top of the village, right beside starbucks which is great (when it opens again) The facility is nice, nice pool, great hot tub, parking is not tight, bikes racks are available. Staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. It's like they want you to ask them for things The kitchen was equipped, which was very handy since we were staying for a longer period of time We are very happy with the stay

The beds can be more comfortable

Location is great, very convenient

We arrived by car, almost impossible to figure out where to go initially, had to ask multiple people how to find the entrance to the hotel. Hotel needs better instructions on directions to reception, a map, a sketch - something, anything! Especially if you arrive in the evening - good luck to you. After the initial learning curve it becomes easy to navigate, but NOT when you just arrived.

The hotel is located at the bottom of the hill which made it more quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was a nice bonus!

I prefer a big comfy comforter on the bed. Not just sheets. The Murphy bed was a bit unexpected, big gap from wall that pillows kept falling into.

All facilities were available ( swimming pool, hot tub etc. The hot tub is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. This hotel has the best location. The Cabriolet is in front of it and it is a walking distance to the Parc place and the Beach & Tennis Cliub

In some rooms, you have to go up 2 big steps to get to the balconies. It us bad when you have an elderly. My mom couldn't use the balcony at all. Also I asked for a vacuum cleaner and I never got one.

Everything was perfect except for the mattress it hurt our backs we had to sleep on the floor or try to from what little hour of sleep we got. The mattress is a visible curve it needs to be changed.

The bed it left us in pain and no sleep we leave earlier because if this we really wanted to stay the extra day.

Access to the Cabriolet lift that took you up to the Gondola was excellent. The room is comfortable for two with lots of hot showers. Access to parking underneath the hotel, and provision for lots of dollies made it a breeze to move into and out of the room. Provision of a ski locker is a good necessity for ski trips. Getting the Fresh Tracks pass included in the price of the lodging was a really pleasant surprise.

A minor issue as I lost my car thinking that yellow coded zones meant P level when actually SS level also could be yellow. As soon as I discovered that, I found my car.

We liked that it was in the village, the pool was nice and it has parking. The room was comfortable and clean, a little dated especially the TV. The WiFi could be better, but overall a great place to stay with kids.

The TV is small and older, the WiFi could be better.

The pool, the gym and resting areas were great. The room was big, 2 beds, 2 TVs we didn’t have to fight. The kitchen was a life saver for cooking late snacks. Loved the ac unit.

Shower was a bit small for someone my size. I’m 5 ft 10.
