I very much enjoyed the staff and the amenities available for me and my family to enjoy. We did not have any problems and the room came equip wit ha bag with additional blankets and pillows which helped our youngest daughter the first night who had difficulty sleeping.

The breakfast configuration has the main lineup for breakfast at the same spot where the milk and juices are, which means that multiple trips are required to get everything needed for the family. Reorganizing near the coffee or having all drinks separate could make it easier for everyone.

The location was right at the village. The hotel was overall clean. Room was clean as well. The breakfast was really good. Both the days I enjoyed their breakfast. Staffs were courteous.

I booked a room with kitchen. Where mostly all the facilities were there ,2 things were concerning. Don't know why 2 of the cabinets were locked in my rooms kitchen which were not accessible and they didn't provide much clarification for that. Also there were no frying pan initially in the kitchen. But after we called and asked for one, they promptly provided one. Kitchen bowls and containers for cooking were not much clean , ther were stains in those cooking pots and few bowls.

We could not eat the breakfast as we have individuals with celiac disease. There were no gluten free or celiac safe options. Thankfully we had the kitchen and could make our own meals.

Accessibility to the rooms was challenging, Can't get the carts directly to the rooms, had to stop part way down the hall and carry bags the rest of the way. Could have used a few more basics in the kitchen - can opener, sharp knives, oven mitts, baking tray, full sized coffee maker, tongs, kettle.

the location is superb! you walk out into the pedestrian village and have everything available. also the hot tub is a MUST in the snow.

while we loved having a breakfast available it seemed at times it was hard for them to keep it stocked during the morning rush. also the rooms are modern but the decor elsewhere is outdated. that would not be too much of an issue except it affects things like the elevator which moves at a snail’s pace. we ended up carrying our luggage down flights of stairs to avoid the issues. that is ok for us because we are able to do so but could be problematic for those who can’t.

The included free breakfast was a great way to start the day. The breakfast selections alternated every morning which helped ensure our kids didn't get bored during our 5 day vacation. We also appreciated that hotel guests had access to coffee, and hot water erns for tea outside of breakfast hours. We found this to be a great perk especially since a lot of cafes in the village weren't open due to staffing issues.

The only item we had a minor issue with is the air-conditioner for our suite was located in the main living room area, which meant the bedroom didn't get very much air circulation, and took a while to cool down at night. If we had left the air conditioner powered on and active the entire day, this wouldn't have been a concern. In all fairness this was consequence to a choice made to let in fresh morning air by opening up the balcony door; bottom line is we adjusted just fine.

Nothing beats the location! Right by the gondola, couldn’t be better! Maybe in the summertime I wouldn’t mind walking up the village, but not in winter… one has to be close to ski lifts! Staff was also great and the hotel has a policy that if they don’t solve an eventual problem, you get the night for free. But we didn’t have any problem at all, one week stay that was just perfect!

The rooms in both suites were big and close to each others as I requested.

We went as a group in a rented mini bus. Unfortunately we couldn't park it in the internal parking and we had to pay for the external one. We couldn't get it covered by the hotel eventhough the internal parkings for 2 cars were supposed to be included in our reservation if we went by them. This is the only point which we weren't satisfied about it

Very happy with the location, room size, kitchenette, and in room and general hotel amenities such as ski locker, etc. Reception was very friendly and helpful, they make you feel very welcome. While we are from Montreal, we had friends from Miami who loved the whole ski vacation, restaurant and resort experience.

A bit noisy due from kids yelling and screaming in the hallways... Bad parenting :) The room service is optional and our 1 request to replace a stained blanket was confirmed but never attended to. Also the daily indoor parking fees should be disclosed in advance just to manage expectations, I tried finding the info and it was nowhere in my booking confirmation

Location, staff, proximity to ski lift, ski lockers, hot tub, and our room/suite was awesome with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The fireplace was a bonus and the view of the square/mountain was gorgeous.again, the staff was amazing - very helpful, nice, and accommodating. We also loved their ski rental recommendation where they bring the skis to hotel. So easy!!!

It's a little dated - the hot tub is a nice size but you can tell it needs to be repainted. The vent in our bathroom needed to be repaired, so they gave us a spray. Overall, it was fine especially with the location. And I didn't expect it to be pristine with all the gear people are bringing in and out of the hotel. Very minor complaints and I would definitely stay here again for a ski trip.

Can’t beat the location. Breakfast was good. Room was nice.

Difficult to get your bags into your room, can’t use the luggage cart as there are steps in the halls of the hotel so you need to carry all your bags / can’t park an oversized suv with roof rack at hotel but there are other places to park
