Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed & had everything as per our stay, explained to us in detail. After receiving our room key, we entered into an impeccably clean & beautiful room, with appliances such as: coffee maker, microwave & a mini fridge. The bed was nicely made & super comfortable. The motel is located in a lovely neighbourhood, & everything needed is easlly accessible. Should we go back to Monte Bello, we'll definitely stay there again. Thank you Motel Bel-Eau for a memorable stay.

The location is convenient, near all the restaurants. The room was pretty, cozy and the hot tub was spacious. There was foam bath provided which is a nice addition for a hot tub experience. The receptionist was nice and attentive and addressed our concerns well.

Just being very picky to be able to answer the question. Reception area looks a bit “non-fancy”, making it seem like the room will be too, but the room is actually much nicer. A 20 minute walk from the Chateau, whereas some other spots are a bit closer.

The Hotel was on the Main Street of Montebello, perfect location for walking, everything on hand, shops, restaurants, bars. Hotel was clean with great facilities, the lady on Reception was brilliant and very helpful, even made us a coffee before we left. Stayed here over night because we were visiting Omega Parc and didn’t want the drive back, glad we did Montebello is a lovely Town.

This small motel was a real gem.. A particularly great thing is that they have access to a closed laundromat next door, where you can store your bikes. The staff was exceptionally accommodating as they let us check in early. In fact, they let several people check in early as we wished to get ready for a wedding. The location is wonderful - right in the centre of Montebello, Quebec. Surrounding area had great and reasonably priced restaurants.

The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and decorated so they are pleasant. Very quiet away from the road and close to several restaurants, a small grocery store and one of Quebec's many and wonderful fromageries where they make delicious cheeses. And it's also just down the road from the Chateau Montebello.

Such a nice, clean, quiet little suite. I really liked the door seperating the bedroom to living room. The futon was comfy. it was really clean and cozy. Staff were very nice and working hard. We forgot our 8 pack of beer when we left. I called the office and told them they could have it as a gift. To far for us to go back and get it. Thank you for a nice stay.

Everything was great. Close to everything. Bistro down the street had delicious food and big portions. The chocolate factory was so nice and got a few treats. Great chocolate. I played the piano outside. Very nice. Went to the tourist information for a few pamphlets. Loved the Halloween walk at the Omega park. Beautiful .

Ultra clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Close to all the restaurants. Got a call from manager telling me I had forgotten my bottles of scotch when I checker out. Good thing I was still in Montebello. Will book there again for sure.

Room was well organized and clean. Location was within walking distance of the Ottawa River. Place was easy to find and get too. Breakfast was not provided but room was equipped with microwave and fridge so no real hardship

Of all the smaller properties where I have stayed I was the MOST impressed with the Motel Bel-eau's preparations--they were totally ready for my arrival even though I was 30 minutes early. They had my receipt ready as soon as I paid. I liked that I could pay on arrival. My checkout instructions were clear and comprehensive, so I had no need to visit the reception after my checkin. I asked about restaurant recommendations and I was give a detailed page with the best places circled. The view was great. I will ask for the same room next time.

Very large room, two comfortable beds, very clean room with various furnitures, good shower with plenty of hot water, strong wifi, all that for a very reasonable price. Our room was down a little slope, away from the main road, hence very quiet.

A few restaurants close by, but they are opened only for lunch and dinner. For breakfast, you need to bring your own, keep it in the small fridge of the room, and eat here.
