Amazing facility, the cabin itself is beautifully decorated and furnished, with all comforts. The location is incredible, the experience of sleeping with wolves and bears exceeded all expectations. The price of the stay included park entry for two days, which we made the best of. Also, the park staff responded immediately to all questions via email.

Nothing.

We absolutely loved our visit to Parc Omega, and our accommodation was superb. Our interaction with the animals on safari was wonderful, as were the little side walks we embarked on. Our view of the pack of wolves at the Sleeping With Wolves accommodation, and being serenaded by the pack at 0030 and 0600 a truly unique experience. The wolves were absolutely beautiful and we will return again when next in Canada.

One real concern that we had was as follows… There was one stunning lone wolf that appears to be confined to a narrow track immediately in front of the chalets by what looks to be an electric fence. We found this rather disturbing, as to all intents and purposes it looks as if it has been separated off to ensure that visitors see at least one wolf at close quarters. We sincerely hope that this isn’t the case and that it does have the freedom to join the rest of the pack. Why the need for the (electric) fence??

Absolutely incredible stay with the wolves in one of the chalets! We loved every aspect of our time in the Omega Park accommodation, from the stunning chalet itself to the interactions with the wolves during the evening (and morning when they howled!). The chalet is extremely comfortable, with ample space for a group of four adults, and is really well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the provision of wood for the log burner for a real cosy vibe. Being able to visit the wildlife park itself (on days of check-in and check-out over a one-night stay!) was also a real bonus. We cannot recommend a stay here more and will definitely be hoping to visit again!!

Nothing, all of it was excellent

I enjoyed my stay at Parc Omega very much! It's an amazing place in the middle of the park. A sanctuary for animals and where everyone is accepted as they are. I appreciate places like that very much, who support the co-living with the nature around them and yet no comfort is missing. Everything was clean, there is a large common area with a fridge with compartments, a kitchen for cooking, a microwave, good Wifi. The charming town of Montebello is a 10 minutes car drive away. My absolute highlight was hearing the wolves howl every night from my tipi tent. I highly recommend this place and will gladly come back again.

Amazing location, lots of animals around the chalet. It's truly relaxing. The park entrance fee is included in the cost of the chalet, which is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there.

It was almost perfect. The only downside is that they don't provide enough towels for the bathroom. They don't provide any dish towels in the kitchen. And they only offer one dose of coffee per person for the whole stay. It would be great to tell people what type of coffee machine is in the chalet so we can buy extra doses of coffee ahead of our stay.

We absolutely loved our night sleeping with the wolves!! First, the wolves were super curious about our noises and one we called Professor Lupin, slept outside our sliding door glass all night. We enjoyed watching the wolf pack from the sliding glass doors and the balcony upstairs until late in the night. The wolves began howling at 4:30 a.m., and had 3 such sessions which woke us up before morning. We considered this part of the experience because after all, we are in their home. The accommodations are modern and like-new, with comfortable living room and bedrooms, and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the charcuterie plates in the refrigerator!! Bring some wine and you should be set! If you are heavy eaters, bring some extra charcuterie supplies. The apartment was stocked with wood for the outdoor fireplace, matches, and newspaper for fire starter. In the office at check in, we purchased marshmallows and metal sticks (which you can take home as souvenirs) to roast marshmallows over the fire. For those booking in the future, know that the units have a drip coffee machine, and the small type of nespresso machine (itty bitty pods). The park does give you 1 coffee pod for each person, but if you are the kind who likes to plan your morning coffee, bring ground coffee, cream, & filters. The reservation allows you to enter the park areas (deer, elk, bison, bear, etc) on the day of check in and the day of check out, so you have plenty of time to explore and see everything. Parc Omega is a MUST SEE for everyone!! You will not want to miss this special park.

There were only 2 coffee pods in our apartment. It seemed difficult but we were able to get 2 more coffee pods. I think it would be good to let prospective people know what amenities are in the cabins. We didn't realize there were charcuterie plates, and might have brought different food to supplement. Also, I wish we had known about the coffee pot and pod situation, as I would have brought ground coffee and creamer with me as well. Really all in all, these are small conveniences, but important to some people.

We had a great night at the Wolf Chalet. We were a group of 8 so we booked 2 chalets. Both were modern, with big lounge/kitchen areas and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for a BBQ. We loved every minute: watching the wolves from our loungeroom and bedrooms. We also enjoyed the Parc Omega Safari (entry included with the accommodation). We highly recommend it!

1- Kitchen was well equipped but there was no dishwasher, we had to hand wash the dishes. 2- it would have been perfect if there was a choice of 2 single beds - not only double beds - for families with older children.

The accommodations' were top notch. The Wolf Chalet/cabin was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and it felt very homie. We brought most of our meals with us and cooked. Bring board games (yahtzee, cards, monopoly) We had the wolves in our yard all day/night. They were very active. They do howl so if you need your sleep you might need some earplugs. We thought is was cool to listen to the howling. The Park itself was nice, the animals at the start of the park will all come to your car and then you are out of carrots before you get to the next section. The safari is rather large so pace yourself. There are rental golf carts for rent to drive thru a path to the farm. There was also a feeding of wolves and bears in the morning. I would like to see better choices for meals but I understand it is a safari park. We thought that there would be a steak house or some kind of nice family restaurant on the property. *Just a quick FYI. Bring more carrots than you planned to bring! We brought 2 very large bags and they were gone in a matter of minutes so we went got a few more bags at the gift store. Day 2 we went into town and at their grocery store we got 4 more larger bags. My husband said this was his best birthday gift ever and he would love to do it again with all of our kids and grandkids.

It would be nice to have a family restaurant on site. We also would have liked some kind of information that showed that you have the game room with ping pong and stuff. Maybe a pool table would have been a great addition.

This charlet, actually like a house, is much better than my expetataion. It's located in a new developed part of the park. Spacious and newly decorated. The kitchen is full of all the stuff which could be used for cooking. We cooked our dinner and breakfast there. Its view is very nice, surrounded by a grove and hills, which made us very relaxing during the stay. We also met with some deers and fed them with carrots. It's highly recommended to stay in the park. 2 advantages: We enjoyed the feeding show of wolves and bears at 6: 00 pm and we entered the park at 9:30, almost the earliest visitors in the park and we fed with mang groups of hungry deers and no traffic jam. We even set a fire in the living room at night! We enjoyed the journey quite much and the stay in the hotel in Omega Parc definetely enhanced the comfortable experience.

The day at the park was incredible. It was one of the most amazing experiences we ever had with the kids. They were just enchanted. Sleeping in the middle of the forest was scary but really fun at the same time. Kids loved that, too. Even using the toilet outside in the dark was an adventure. The cabins are really comfortable and give you the wild experience in a certain way, as they are in a quiet and kind of isolated place.

Everything was awesome. The dry toilet outside the cabin was a surprise tough. It was my first experience with such a concept, hahaha
