The location was very good and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked great.

Sadly, some of our friends staying at the hotel did not have soap or shampoo in their rooms. This is actually unacceptable..soap is a necessary item for each room The televisions were hard to operate. It took quite a bit of tech savvy to set them up to be able to watch tv. We called the front desk for assistance but the concierge was not able to get it work properly. I ended up doing it myself. Perhaps moving forward the tv could be set up as part of the room preparation for the next guest.

The inn was a solid performer.

We were attending a local wedding. Although our room was ready sitting waiting for us we would of had to pay an additional $25.00 for early checkin. The timeline to attend a 4pm wedding was tight. There were also many others in the lobby waiting to check in after 3pm. All those people to be checked in by one person was a bit chaotic! I believe you folks should review this policy!

We booked the luxury suite because we wanted the jet tub and king size bed. Room was perfect - It was all we needed, small but lovely. Nice finishing touches with a champagne bucket chiller, wine glasses, cookies and NETFLIX ... oh and a balcony facing the river. Continental breakfast also comes right up to the room and left at the door on a small table. Each bag has goodies in it/some of your choice. Check in was wonderful as was the lady who helped us. We bought some bath bombs from the gift shop the had set up and used them in the jet tub. Was AMAZING. Buy some of you have the chance. Everything was clean from the lobby to the room - it was safe and enjoyable. Thank you RiverRock Inn for the great stay - we’ll be back :)

That the ice machine wasn’t available (apparently due to COVID). There was no elevator hitch was a bit surprising. The breakfast items were on a table the first morning in lobby rather than in the dining area. Too bad the view was the parking lot vs the river but a later check in time could have been the reason, not sure.

The staff was really nice and friendly. We were able to get into our rooms a little bit earlier than expected, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast was a simple continental cold breakfast, but the coffee and cinnamon buns hit the spot.

It was not obvious how to get the cable box to play on the television. You had to manually change the source on the side of the tv. Not too many English channels either. But seriously, I'm nitpicking here!

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Breakfast was a bit of an issue with no gluten free choices.

Windows allow traffic noise. If you are on the second floor there is no elevator.

Breakfast; employee was not supplying food and coffee to the guest demand, need to go and get the breakfast attendant at the reception or somewhere...

When we arrived our room was 57 degrees . The fruit at breakfast could have been fresher.

The location was perfect for us and the employees were very polite, patient and pleasant. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel probably doesn't receive many guests during Covid-19 and doesn't need to dust often if the rooms are not needed every day. We had to wipe some surfaces ourselves (dust). Also, no bathtub - only a shower - hadn't notice this on confirmation of reservation. 1st morning - breakfast provided for one person only (we were two sharing one croissant). 2nd morning - breakfast for 2 x 2 made us smile. Thank you! :)
