The room and hotel in general was very clean and modern. All sufficed perfectly, the location was perfect. However the staff was exceptional on my stay. Everyone I met was super friendly, polite and very well spoken in both french and english. And breakfast was very good

The beds as well as pillows were a little hard for my personal liking, and a chair took up most of the empty space in the room, where a couch or smaller chair could have been, again, my personal opinion. As well as the tvs were quite outdated

Very convenient location - approximately 20 minute walk to either Old Port or Plateau area and just around the corner from the Berri-UQAM station. The room was comfortable and great value for the price we paid. A good breakfast was included.

Parking might be a bit tough (as in most of Montreal). The hotel has a dedicated lot but it is not very big. There are two large underground parades close by, so not a huge issue

I loved the location, very close to where I wanted to be. The fact that the staff could speak English and French fascinated me. The beds were comfortable. Excellent housekeeper service. The decoration, but above all the smell that can be appreciated when entering. Thank you. everything was excellent.

Parking should be included. Or better rate.

The parking I found is very expensive! $51 a night!! There's a lot, like, 2 doors down. Underground parking. $18 for 24 hrs. We parked there. Also the pillows weren't very comfortable.

Excellent location in Quartier Latin, within walking distance of most sites in Montreal. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equiped. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. There was free continental breakfast.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel at budget price. Definitely a great value for money and perfectly located a few steps from the nightlife. Pretty much walking distance to all entertainment and a couple steps away from metro station if needed. I had a renovated room, nothing done over the top but very functional and comfy.

It is a busy hotel, check in can take a bit of time if you arrive at peak hours but the staff is very courteous and helpful.

It says yo pay at the property, but I was charged 2 times before my arrival. one payment was considered but the second one was unexected

Liked the bed and location near the bus station, overall the room was nice. It does deserve a better overall grade than what they have on booking honestly. Especially for the relatively small price i paid despite being one of the last few decent places available with the grand prix coming.

Window had an issue in my room (407) (the mechanism to open/close it was loose which made it hard to close the window). Quite a few stairs to climb despite the elevator which was annoying with my 2 bulky suitcases, the tv was a bit old and small.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, made for an awesome trip! Location proximity to Metro and cool activities was perfect!!

Lots of homeless but we knew that booking there, just took some time to get used to them!

Good location and price.

Noisy neighbors at 3Am until 5 AM. I had to call front desk to get the people to go inside their rooms since their loud talking in the hallway kept me up all night. Security did come to get them to go into their rooms but the next night they resumed talking in the hallway at 4Am. I checked out the next night. No fault of the hotel. Just unruly guests.
