Excellent location a couple of minutes from Berri-UQAM metro station and restaurants on St. Denis. Good breakfast (tea/coffee/juice/milk, cereal/oatmeal, yogurt, toast/croissants/bagels/muffins, eggs, peach slices). Clean, quiet room with kitchen facilities, including a fridge to store my smoked meat!

The late 4pm check in time, though they did store my luggage for free until then. The strange 1 ply toilet paper.

Amazing hotel! The location is perfect, near the subway station Berri that connects 3 lines. It is also near Le Plateau-Mont-Royal, and the Vieux Port. You can go on walking. About the bedroom: it is spacious, well-cleaned and quiet, even on the first floor. The mattress was comfortable, It would be better if the bedroom had two chairs instead of one, and also to offer two soaps instead of just one. Breakfast was delicious! I suggest including cheese and salami to have more savoury options. Most options were sweet food. The street is quiet, but sometimes you see some homeless people, but I don't think it is dangerous. It is common in a big city like Montréal. Check-in was ok, and the staff is friendly. The price was ok, and I think this hotel has the best cost x benefit possible in Montréal. It exceeded my expectations, and maybe the hotel deserves a better review mark.

I think they should include more savoury food (cheese and salami, for example). I did not like that the room just have one chair and they offer just one soap. Some people may think that the hotel looks old, but it did not bother me.

Really liked the accommodation, the bedroom is really good and there is a mini kitchen lol! The staff was excellent, always in a good mood and there is always someone at the reception! The breakfast is really good, my husband and I ate croissants there every day! The location is perfect, few minutes from the metro! It is also close to a square that was happening a festival every day! Really fun neighborhood and really close to the Old Port and to the Ferris Wheel! If I go back to Montreal, I will definitely choose Hotel Labelle again!

The rooms are basic and comfortable, and the kitchenette was welcome. The location is terrific, within easy walking distance of the old port, the Plateau etc. Breakfast was buffet style, and adequate if not memorable. Could improve the quality of the coffee and juice and after a three night stay, it was a little ‘samey’.

The biggest problem we had was that they wouldn’t accept my digital payment card, something that I had virtually no problem with anywhere else. As ours was a three night stay, the bill was fairly substantial, and not being able to use the preloaded card was inconvenient and time consuming.

Close to the airport bus at the metro station 🚉 terminal and next to the bars pubs and ethnic restaurants on St. Denis Street. The hotel room had a kitchenette with a hot plate 2 burner stove a bar mini fridge and a coffee ☕ maker. A free continental breakfast was available from 8am -10 am daily. The t chicken 🐔 St .Hubert bbq dine in or takeout 🥡 restaurant was 3 blocks from the hotel on St Catherine Street east The liquor , grocery store and pharmacy was 2 blocks away Discount beer 🍺 and wine was available at a few depannuer / variety stores near the hotel. Very convenient downtown Montreal location. Walking 🚶‍♂️ distance to China Town and the downtown malls.

The pillows on the bed were overstuffed and gave me a neck ache.

The room was very comfortable. There is a small built-in kitchenette and we could make our own coffee. In Canada they don't seem to be very keen on providing coffee sachets, but we had our own. There's a market nearby. The location is excellent: their main bus stop is less than a kilometer away, and there are metro stations even closer. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was fine.

Nothing to dislike. It rained all the time we were there, seriously restricting our sightseeing, but it's our fault for choosing the wrong time of the year to travel!

Very comfy bed. But the lighting is bad. Could do with more lights so the room wouldn't look too gloomy. I had to keep my curtains open so light could come in. Location is near the connecting 2 lines of the subway and about a hundred meters walk is a park and stores and restos. Can also walk to old montreal from the hotel (less than 30mins walk). Breakfast is so-so. Same everyday with limited options.

I had to ask the staff to reactivate BOTH keycards several times during my 3 nights stay. The second time it happened, front desk asked if i placed the keycard in my wallet (which i did not) or if I placed it near my phone (which I don't remember). She told me that's the reason. If that frequently happens in the other keycards, she could've told me during check in or the first time it happened. It was really a hassle going to the room, finding out keycards don't work then go back down to the elevator and to front desk to have it reactivated. Imagine this happening when your bladder is about to burst and there's a long wait in the elevator and you're staying in the upper floors (good thing I was only on the 2nd floor)

Comfortable, central accommodations with extremely close access to a major metro hub. It was extremely easy to get everywhere and anywhere with just a short walk from our room. A breakfast is offered every morning which can be huge for saving a few bucks during your trip. The staff was very kind and the parking, while a little narrow, is extremely secure and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was pretty meager. My biggest issue was that my key did not open the front door on the first night of our stay, leaving us temporarily stuck outside well past midnight. That's a definite safety concern. I REALLY wish they didn't just have full beds in the multi-people rooms.

Hotel was okay (very low toilets) and staff was good. Not a hot breakfast, but was good. Wednesday afternoon power was out due to fire in area. Supervisor? Walked up to 7th floor to get our concert tickets. We are seniors and could not do it.

The hotel did not have a pool, but that was my fault. We had a small suite, but we're supposed to have 2 beds, not 1, but my sister survived! Lol also, due to construction in the area a couple of the Uber drivers had trouble getting to us.we walked up to head of street to meet them

Hotel was within walking distance to downtown & old Port, Chinatown, etc. Close to events,& walking promenades. It was very clean throughout the property & our studio suite spacious & comfortable. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. Also the breakfast was well done.

The underground parking was a bit scary to enter & depart. The entrance was very steep & curving. Once parked , there is no entrance to the hotel. It means that you must leave luggage in hotel before parking or carry up to street & enter hotel.
