location was great , interior design was fabulous

1.apartment faces an alley with garbage dump so the view was literally trash outside the window 2. also hallway and stairs were narrow so it was hard to carry our bags up and down the stairs so if you stay here try to travel light - there are no elevators

The property is in a great location for old town and the parking in the hotel next door was convenient but costly. The property itself had some nice extra touches in the room such as bath robes and slippers, a blue tooth speaker and an iPad to explore the area. The room was big and very comfortable. We had access to a shared kitchen with tea bags, milk etc and each room appeared to have a space to store things in the fridge. Local attractions were easily accessed such as the Cathedral. We had a wonderful stay.

Remember to check your emails as they send you codes to access the building and your room. It would be nice to have an actual person to welcome you but there is a phone number on the door to call if there are any issues. We could not access our emails whilst travelling so the phone number was helpful and the lady was super helpful.

Property was exactly as we had expected. We had 3 rooms booked- 2 on Level 3 & 1 on Level 2. Rooms were well stocked. We had not had experience with a "Virtual Check-in"before, but receiving the check-in codes with wi-fi passwords prior to check in made the process easier & smooth. As we were arriving early into Montreal, we were able to leave luggage in a secure area, prior to check in. Rooms were clean. Good information available on the in- room IPads. Great location in the centre of the old town. When we contacted staff through text messaging, we always had a prompt reply to our questions. We were also able to have taxi's booked through the property staff, which was great when we needed to get to the airport.

Everything was great. WE had no issues at all with property.

The location was excellent, literally around the corner from Rue St Paul and Place Jacques Cartier. Our room was a great size - we stayed 6 nights and it was well appointed and very comfortable.

Firstly, there was a noise in our room (301) like a drilling sound, which occurred about very 5 minutes relentlessly, and in the still of night was quite annoying. We reported this on the first day, but we were not believed and the complaint was ignored. Secondly, there’s no lift, so for anyone with any knee issues this place is not suitable.

Perfect location. And the bathroom was very nice. I'm including a photo of the shower since when I booked the room, I couldn't find any photos of it. Love that it has both a rain shower head and a hand wand. We were in room 204. There is some noise from the businesses emptying bottles into trash cans that is behind the room, but it wasn't an unpleasant sound. Great air conditioning and the kitchenette is fantastic. I had family staying at the William Gray which is just a couple doors down. They paid three times what we paid and I actually like the Maison Vincent much better. It was so nice to just have a code to get into the building and another for the room. You never worried about leaving your key in the room. Plus the space was big enough for the two of us and we didn't feel crammed in at all. There is the bed area, the kitchenette, a sitting area and a table with bar stools. And the bathroom is very large. Just one sink but tons of counter and storage space. We will definitely stay here again.

A little bit of noise but it wasn't too bad.

the location is perfect to act as a base to cover all of Montreal’s neighbourhoods. the setting is genuine old Montreal and the hotel itself is very nicely turned out. some great touches like coffee, milk. some basics to help if doing a little light food prep and popping down for fresh croissant in the morning is cool. great bathroom/shower, comfortable bed, lovely furnishings.

it could be a little noisy outside at night, the property has old single glazed traditional French windows and the area is a magnet for the well heeled to be seen with their stretch limos and powerful sports cars. having said that the benefit of the style and location meant that waking up one morning and pulling back the drapes to see a full film crew setting up and shooting outside.

The location is excellent right in the old town yet not on the main drag. The place is updated and modern and has many little conveniences that you may need including an Nespresso machine with capsules, and an electric frothed!  the bathroom is big and clean with a spacious counter. They supply fresh croissants in the lobby, which I thought was very thoughtful. 

The location was absolutely amazing !!! we stepped out the door and we’re literally in all of Montreal and across the street was a very fun and lovely Port area. So much to do and see and explore is on foot. Loved that they had a fridge( Brita water filter to boot). Also great that there was a Nepresso machine there. The overall décor was lovely, comfortable. The bed was dreamy. The AC worked well. 

The view out the windows was not the best, but, we were not there to stay inside very long.

I loved the location, cleanliness and layout of the apartment! It was well-curated and included everything I needed. I also was grateful to have a direct line to the property manager who resolved our A/C issue :)

The view from the window wasn't exactly sexy from that suite, but that's not something that could be helped or would sway me from renting again. I'd definitely come back regardless of that detail.

The location is great, except that our room was looking over a back alley that was noisy with garbage removal and recycling and mechanical noises. When we opened the windows, the smell of garbage permeated the room. But the AC was great, and our friends’ room overlooked the street, which was good. The earplugs were appreciated. We will return, but we will request a street-facing room. The check-in process was flawless! Thanks for everything!
