Even thought the hotel was near a major thoroughfare, it was quiet and restful. Location was excellent, near Chinatown and also the Old Port. Lots to see within walking distance. Breakfast was A+! Wonderful selection and nice bright dining room to enjoy your meal. Staff were very helpful.

I wish there were more comfortable places to sit in the lobby. It seemed austere, not inviting. Not enough glasses in the room. Don't like the paper cups; prefer glass or plastic. We put out the "do not disturb" sign while at breakfast, and took it in when we came back, but at 5 PM they had not cleaned our room. Found them in the hallway and said not necessary to change our beds, but we needed towels. We went to dinner and came back to find bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Disappointing.

Very conveniant location with parking space underneath. Front desk staff, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Spaceous rooms, swiming pool (mainly for kids) on the rooftop, very nice after a morning and noon walk / drive through the town. Jacuzzi also available on the roof getting you in the right mood for dinner.

On our first night, there was a loud party on the rooftop. Luckily we had no trouble falling asleep, despite the noise, since we had a long flight from Europe, a long wait at immigation, custom upon arrival, more waiting at the car rental agency at the airport and our first walk into Chinatown to have dinner. It was 10pm when we went to bed which, considering the time difference was actually 4am for us. We woke up well rested because of the great beds. All in all not too bad. The rooftop party was seemingly exceptional because we haven't had any other parties up there during our stay.

should have a shoe tray in the room during the winter, took shoes off at door but snow melted making a mess at the entrance to the room .

Breakfast was very good there was lots of variety. Coffee was nice given there was oat milk Staff were quick to fill up empty items. We cleaned up after ourselves as thats we are like but people left a lot of mess. The location was wonderful. Short 5-10 min walk to metro, Notre Dame and old Montreal. There’s a restaurant connected to the hotel which looked amazing. The hotel is on the doorstep of China town. The bed was so comfortable we had an amazing sleep. The bathroom was very modern and clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful.

This wasn’t the hotels fault. But construction outside hotel. Once the construction complete it will be excellent. Also The hotel is on the doorstep of China town and the streets are so dirty filled with garbage and junk. Also not the hotels fault.

lobby was bright clean and simple; Queen bed rooms are decently sized, facilities were new , bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. there were a lot of pillows on the queen beds to make the space feel cozy. right in front of China town so a lot of great Asian cuisine to pick from. the Pho restaurant next door is delicious. it’s also just a couple of blocks down from the main shopping street and old Montreal.

housekeeping never came to clean the room during my 6 night stay. maybe there’s some sort of system I wasn’t aware of. breakfast was simple, so by the 6th morning it got a little repetitive but because it’s complementary so I’m not complaining. there’s plenty of food for everyone.

The location is excellent and it is close to subway stations, old Montreal, Chinatown and downtown. It is new and the layout is well thought out. It is nice to have a safe, refrigerator, coffee maker and bathtub.

The breakfast time was crowded, and not enough seats, and utensils and food can run out. But this problem can be solved by going before 8am. The air conditioning is noisy. Even it is quite new, the bathroom vent is not running.

First, the staff… very friendly and helpful. Initially, I booked non cancellable/non refundable. But unfortunately, our flight was moved so I have to request to cancel/refund my first booking… they waived the cancellation fees for me. Second, the room… very clean, and comfortable beds. My kids liked the hand held shower. Third, the location… we love eating Chinese food, and this hotel is located at the corner of Chinatown! And the Old Montreal (cobbledstone streets) and the Ferris wheel are very close, like 10-15mins walk. And also the theme park!

Very busy breakfast area… too crowded in the morning! We could not find a table, so we just asked for a take out box where we can put breakfast and bring it to our room. Well, it was the weekend and there were so many guests, so I guess that’s understandable.

The security guard assumed we weren’t coming to the hotel although we had our luggage and carry on. We asked him if this was the hotel and he tried to stop us from coming in, stating that this wasn’t an airbnb. This was at the very beginning of our interaction, which unfortunately but a bad taste to our trip. The security guard proceeded to follow us to the counter to make sure we had credit card and only left when the transaction was over.

Staff gave me great recommendations for places to eat. It was walking distance to the concert venue (Newspeak). The rooms were beautiful. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower products were good quality.. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. Bed was super comfy.

There was nothing that I didn't like, but maybe some improvements. For breakfast, it would be nice to be able to take some drinks to go, like a bottle of water/juice or a coffee. Re directions to the hotel, it's not apparent at all that the Hampton and Hilton are the same building, and from the outside you can't see Hampton. It would be nice to have that clearly stated somewhere, as well as clearly stating where the entrance to the parking lot is.
