The view from our room was exceptional! The size and set up of the room was really nice - space for eating breakfast and comfy seating for reading a book. The shower was also really amazing with various shower heads and strong water pressure. The parking was convenient and the parking staff we great. We drive an EV and we were able to charge it at the hotel!

The room was located near the 8th restaurant/bar. We were relieved that we didn’t hear loud people noise but every night around 11pm we’d start hearing a lot of loud noise as furniture was being dragged across the floor and loud banging for 30 minutes. We are night people so it wasn’t a big ideal, but it happened consistently all 5 nights we were there.

Classy trendy hotel in the heart of the old port. Excellent blend of old & new parts to the property. Welcoming staff & friendly concierge. Good in house restaurant (Maggie Oakes) but a very good choice of restaurants in the square behind. Stunning roof top bar well worth a visit. Good sized trendy bedrooms with exceptional showers.

WiFi would regularly drop out, frustrating having to rejoin daily. Housekeeping was not worthy of hotel rates, our room was not vacuumed our entire stay (5 days), just bed made & a cursory flick around the bathroom. Found thick dust on upper glass shelves with unwashed glasses. Disappointing but not enough to prevent me staying again as loved the location! Sort the housekeeping for a perfect stay!

Location was AMAZING and breakfast was really good. Hotel room was very comfortable and gym was perfect. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar also. The staff was very professional and friendly. Has a superb coffee shop inside the hotel.

The window of our room was right above a busy bar and it was noisy on Friday night until late. The hotel staff was nice and helped us out but I will definitely ask for a room in a quiet area if I travel again to this hotel during the summer weekends!

When I say exceptional, I mean EXCEPTIONAL!! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Tom the valet who whisked our car away. Just like you wish someone would when you no longer need it in the city. Then we checked in and received our second warm smile by the young gentleman (Nikolai I believe) who made us feel welcome and explained everything we needed to know. The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was crisp, all white stone and the shower had 4 options for spray. A large overhead rain, 3 body sprayers, a hosed sprayer and a foot sprayer. That along with the huge, fluffy bath sheets were my favorite along with the nespresso machine. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Old Town. The staff was super-friendly and very helpful, the room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Many sights are in walking distance, the next bus stop is around the corner and the nearest metro just about 5 minutes away. The area is full of cafés and restaurants, there is a vast choice of where to eat.

The room doors sort of slammed shut, if they had a soft close, it would be perfect and less noisy from the corridor.

The hospitality was as world class as the design of the hotel. The lobby, rooms, hallways, and restaurant were always clean in spite of the winter weather. To boot, the location of the hotel is everything you could want in the Montreal experience, and close enough to the Metro that if you want to see other parts of the city, you're only a few minutes away.

The only drawback of my experience was the poor WiFi this made it impossible to do work from my room. Fortunately, I wasn't there to do work, so I could look past it with ease.

The Concierge Sabina Da Costa and Léonie Jamet were the best thing about William Gray. Both ladies were so sweet and extremely helpful with their recommendations and arrangements that they made for us.

The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even the coffee shop next door was great. Having a cool restaurant Maggie Oakes in the hotel was great as well.

This hotel is perfectly located to enjoy historic Montreal. We were able to walk to the Notre-Dame Basilica of Montréal. The room was ultra modern and even featured a Bang & Olufsen blue tooth speaker that easily connected via bluetooth to my iPhone for incredible sound. The shower was amazing with multi-heads to envelope your body. The room was extremely quiet and the bed comfortable.

I really loved my stay here. I will absolutely be coming back. I was impressed with the daily room clean and care put into it. Daily fresh bottled water and chocolates was a really nice touch. We got room service this morning for breakfast and it was beautiful! Better than room service I have had at other hotels. Only good things to say about my stay here.

The room was so comfortable. Spa Shower was amazing, love love loved the rooftop bar (great wine, reasonably priced), near all the old town spots (plus close to trains to get away). Lovely lounge as well and I swear I had a delicious affogato every night from the cafe. Nice staff - overall cozy and perfect.

Others might think the rooms were too small but we are from NYC and found it completely comfortable for a long weekend away.
