Hotel PUR, Quebec, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Everything was functional and the staff was resourceful. The parking was well maintained, which is good given that it was not free. Also, the restaurant was nice.

The shower in the room was pretty bad. The water was boiling or freezing unless we put it at the exact right location for it to be lukewarm. Also, the front was full of vagrants and junkies.

This is a modern, nice and well located hotel. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The historic centre is 20 minutes walking distance. The rooms are of excellent size. Beds are very comfortable. It has a restaurant which is good albeit with practically no healthy food. The hotel also has an indoor pool.

From the awesome location to the equally awesome staff, everything was pretty amazing. The only quasi negative thing I'm gonna say is that the mattress was too soft for my taste. I am used to a bit of a harder surface and I didn't sleep as well as I would have hoped for. To be clear though, it was not uncomfortable. Just a matter of preference.

The information re: housekeeping was unclear; the email we received prior to check-in indicated we wouldn't have daily housekeeping, but the Bonvoy app said housekeeping was available. We ended up getting housekeeping daily, but our request for extra towels we had to fulfill on our own.

The room we had facing the church and had a nice sun rise view. The staff were friendly especially with the concierge who had help us make the restaurant reservation and a brief introduction of the neighborhood. The room has a very unique design and we loved it.

Friendly helpful staff. Free parking. Great location. Good restaurant. Very clean room. Pool and gym also well kept. Would stay here again.

Walls were a little thin; we could hear the guests in the room next door, but it wasn't too bad. Wish the sauna had been working.

perhaps it would have been nice to have someone help us with our baggage upon arrival, but that was really nothing to truly complain about. all the staff were very lively and helpful and professional!

Excellent views of the city, very clean. Good size pool and gym. Good location near restaurants and famous landmarks.

The parking system is overpriced. You're not able to come and go without paying hefty fees. The hotel should offer a discount at the very least, as it is a turn off for tourists.

Everything is a walk away, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is brilliant, some of the staff is great (e.g. room service, extra towels, specific needs)

Some of the staff are not at all helpful (e.g. when I asked for extra towels, she asked me to come to the reception to get it. When I called after 15 mins, the gentleman confirmed that he would arrange housekeeping to send it to my room), also the showers keep changing the water temperature automatically (to management - please check your plumbing)

Lovely and modern room with super comfortable king size bed. Extremely clean with view on the church. Close to some great restaurants (Le Clocher Penché) and walking distance (30 minutes) to the old town.

Unfortunately, we were not there for the music festival and, thus, had to bear with the music until 11pm. A bit pricy, given the location
