Spacious room, extremely comfortable bed, very fast WIFI, good restaurant on site, good service, free parking. All at a reasonable price. We were very satisfied with this hotel

Some minor points : The DO NOT DISTURB cards kept falling off the door handles - very annoying, especially for older guests The bathtub / shower is very large and that's great - but for older guests, it can be difficult getting in and out without some kind of support bars. Two power outlets near the desk were not functional and the maintenance couldn't solve it immediately. Just a reminder to have this resolved for the next guest who gets that room.

We have stayed in Riviere du Loup every summer when we travel from Ontario to Nova Scotia. This is the first time we stay at this hotel Levesque and we were very pleased when pulling up to the hotel how appealing it looked. The lobby was nice and clean. Then staff was friendly and efficient our room was ready when we arrived earlier than planned. I had request a quiet room with a view of the St.Lawrence River when I booked and I was very pleased that we got what we ask for. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the furniture was modern. They even have a Starbuck which recently opened. We will definitely stay here again.

An exceptional level of luxury and service one does not usually expect outside of major centers. The decor is extremely modern and Zen. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. The service is as good as it gets. The restaurant is excellent and again, with exceptional service. It's at the top of our list for a return visit, we offer our highest recommendation.

We were on our return trip and could only stay one night, we would've gladly stayed longer had we had the time.

The air condition unit had an electrical short circuit that sent sparks and created heavy smoke in the room that made it unbearable. It took some time and arguing for the front desk to change our room, it was a better room I will say that, but I paid an extra $60 for that upgrade which I shouldn't have since it was the hotel equipment malfunction that created that situation, for that I'm very displeased.

Overall a well decorated hotel with excellent food and drinks options. Starbucks availability also nice. For the price, the inclusion of a jacuzzi style bathtub fantastic. Quiet with a nice view. Very helpful staff.

Sofa bed needs a spring replaced. Main bed too soft and one side felt like a spring was gone. The pool was super cloudy and the water was visibly dirty with plenty of hair floating around.

The hotel was quick to respond whenever we had any questions by email or via booking.com; checkin is at anytime - they said there is always someone at the front desk. Room service delivery would be possible from their restaurant so long as it is before 9pm closing time. We had a nice, clean, spacious two queen river view bedroom. Huge bathroom (probably an accessible room). Plenty of plugs to charge devices. TV has no streaming, just cable. Free wifi is high-speed though their is a number of devices per room limit. There is a mini-fridge in the room, a closet and Keurig machine. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel had many other amenities but we unfortunately did not have time to take advantage of things like the pool nor the restaurant.

The view was not what I had expected. It looks out over the parking lot, to a street, then a motel, then you see the river in the distance. I cannot compare what the parking view room looked like but I felt it was not very appealing, probably not worth the extra cost. The air conditioning unit was very noisy. My husband could not sleep through the night.

Travelling one can't always be there for dinner....BUT arriving at just close to 9pm......people were on the deck and dining room....we ran down starving....BUT NO....seems 9pm end of even potato chips in the bar....so we had drinks, son played the slots, and had to leave early next am for TO.....so no food....and nothing on the road to TO.....got something to eat (god knows what it was) around 11am.. Perhaps being a travel hotel location there could be a vending machine...or at least something offered in the bar. BIG problem. Hotel was nice....but consider all clients

Beds real comfy.

- Back door didn’t open so well, door 9. (This might not be an issue on a mild day but really inconvenient on the freezing night we stayed) - Issue with toilet even though pretty modern. - Microwave would have been nice. - Drinking glasses that are provided should be plastic wrapped for sanitary reasons.

rooms were quiet, bed was comfortable, attached restaurants were great dining options after a long day of travel. our room was in the older section but was updated.

The entire hotel was very clean and in great shape. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets felt so soft.

The cost for a room for one night seems to have dramatically increased in the past few years (not just at Hotel Levesque, but at all hotels).
