Great location in the heart of Lastarria - there are great restaurants & bars literally 50m away like Chipe Libre and Bocanariz (best wine bar in Santiago). Friendly staff and good view from the rooftop. Go for a drink at the Singular hotel bar next door for a stunning view. Very nice breakfast.

The pool closes at 4pm - no idea why this is. It was a little on the expensive side.

The location in the Lastarria gastronomic district can't be beat. Fun just to be on the street. And the Parque Forestal, Cerro Santa Lucia, Museum of Fine Arts and Plaza de Armas within easy walking distance. The staff were wonderful and the room was sunny and comfortable.

A longer stay! (We stayed six nights.)

Bed was very comfortable! Room was small but overall nice. Unfortunately the bathroom/toilet didn't have a real door which is not ideal - not everyone wants to hear their partner using the toilet haha! But otherwise a good experience. The restaurant had a good breakfast every morning, GREAT views of the mountains, very friendly and helpful staff which we really appreciated. Location was INCREDIBLE, we loved staying right in the middle of barrio Lastarria.

Consider putting a real door for the bathroom/toilet! Weird experience hearing everything that happens in the bathroom area from the bedroom.

The location is excellent and the service was exceptional. We could find everything we needed at the doorstep of the hotel. Very lively atmosphere in the area of Barrio Lastarria with many restaurants in the area and street performers added to the enlightenment of our vacation. The beds and pillows were super comfortable too. Highly recommend this hotel and it's facilities. Front office staff are so kind and willing to help at all times.

The only disappointment is that restaurants outside the hotel did not have menus in English and unless a tourist has mobile data we had difficulty communicating with waiters at restaurants. Menus simply don't exist in the area and one needs to scan menus through QR codes. Lack of English speaking waiters in this area proved challenging.

Awesome location in a very active and walkable neighborhood. there is so much to see and do right outside the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and willing to please. They have coffee available all day which is great. We needed a late check out and they were ale to provide this for a reasonable fee. We stayed in 2 other neighborhoods in Santiago and this was by far our favorite. The view from the upstairs pool is unbeatable on a clear day.

The rooms are a little dark. If it is sunny, make sure to keep the curtains shut or the rooms can get very hot.

The staff were amazingly helpful catering for our disrupted schedule and storing our bags. The location is very central with great restaurants virtually on the door set. We upgraded to a "Junior Suite" and the cost was still very reasonable whilst we had lost of room and a balcony to sit out and enjoy the city. We used the limousine service from/to the airport 7 times and every time the drivers were there waiting for us.

The wine bar/restaurant in the hotel had not reopened.

This is a classy property offering comfortable, well appointed rooms and on-site ammenities including a restaurant, fitness center and a pool with a view. The restaurant on the top floor provides views over the city. The included breakfast offers a wide selection of foods to start your day. We enjoyed taking a quick swim in the rooftop pool late in the afternoon to beat the heat. The front desk staff was very helpful as we added a late checkout due to our evening departure flight. They also arranged transportation to the airport. The hotel is near several museums, parks and many good restaurants and bars. The street is lively and youthful.

Could use more lighting in the guest rooms as they tend to be a bit dark.

Great hotel, stylish and new. Complimentary breakfast very nice. Very nice location for walking. Many wonderful cafés and bars in the area. Lovely architecture in the neighborhood. Many parks and green areas.

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant and wine bar were not open during our stay. I believe they were to resume service soon, however. As mentioned by others, the bathroom design lacks complete privacy. If you were traveling with older children or just a friend, I could see how this might be concerning. Even traveling with a spouse or significant other could be problematic if you needed some extra privacy for personal hygiene etc. Nothing is impossible, you could always ask your “roommates” to visit the lobby lounge area for a short while. I wouldn’t let this issue stop you from staying there, the hotel and location were worth it.

Nice area. When we arrived early in the morning we thought the area looked a bit dodgy but first inpressions were deceiving & it was totally fine and lively but the area still felt safe in the afternoon/evenings. Room was spotless, reception staff friendly, helpful, spoke a good amount of English which is always handy. Breakfast was lovely.

Travelling with a friend/ had a twin room. The bathroom facilities were smoked/patterned glass open to the bedroom, there was the potential to see more of my friend than I would have liked!

The hotel location is good, with many food options nearby, walking to the sites was easy, and local artiist sell their creations outside of the hotel on the street. The room was large and comfortable, and overall the staff was nice.

I had booked a room the day prior to my original reservation and it was confirmed, and I let them know that I would not be checking in the evening prior as I wanted to check in with a guaranteed room upon landing in Santiago at 7am vs waiting to 3pm. The hotel wrote back saying that they understood and could make a room available the day of my orginal reservation if one was available. I said no I wanted the room. They did not have a room available upon check-in and they never declined or canceled my second 1 day reservation. Net, mix up with the hotel that I didn't apprciate. They did get us a room around 1pm vs the 3pm expectation.
