This hotel is amazing. Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

None. They did everything perfectly!

Nice comfortable hotel. Good sized rooms, great mattress. Large bathroom, walk in shower. Plugs a bit limited, you may need a Chilean adaptor (Euro adaptors don’t fit. Apparenty Italian type do).But there was one ready made international plug in the room. Half the gym was being renovated so that was disappointing. The restaurant was superb. May be pricey but the food was Michelin star worthy. Failing that the famous Boconariz is 100 metres away. There’s also a great rooftop bar/restaurant and terrace at the hotel. Enquired about a half day tour fom the hotel but it was twice the price of Trip Advisor. From which we took a half day bike tour. Personally I don’t feel you need much time in Santiago. The places to see are elsewhere in Chile so use it as a stopover and move on. The hotel was reasonably convenient, 40min to airport and they’ll arrange cabs.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Santiago in all directions. Many sights are within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, albeit a bit too dimly lit. Cleaning is almost excessive, with two rounds per day and someone who comes in to inspect after the first round. The staff is friendly, and mostly bilingual; the concierge was extremely helpful and nice. A mid-20th century atmosphere is maintained throughout, with a slight French touch. The little restaurant on the 9th floor serves very high-quality food. Over the course of the week I pretty much tried the entire menu, and--with one small exception--was always very pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was.

I am not a great friend of breakfast à la carte; it reduces the flexibility, and if you want, say, an extra slice of bread to mop up some egg, it just can take too long to get it (because the kitchen has no concept of “an extra slice” … it needs to toast the bread, sort it, and then comes out with an entire basket, by which time the egg is long cold). The sheer quality of the food being served is excellent, though.

The breakfast was exceptional, they offer you a menu and you order what you want from it, everything comes fresh and it's definitely better than having a buffet with cold stuff. All the staff was superb, they speak English fluently and are very friendly and do their best to accommodate w/e you want. The room is big, with a good table to work on and a nice comfortable chair to sit in, you can work just fine if you need. On the right side of the work table, there was another chair, a comfy one, probably for reading and/or just relaxing. Another great thing is the smell of the entire hotel/room, it's extremely clean and has a smell that relaxes you.

nothing.

Everyone who works there is lovely - really excellent customer service from everyone I interacted with there. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom lovely. I didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment. The hotel is old school stylish luxury. Luiz (or Luis) who worked behind the bar was awesome - I thoroughly recommend his Pisco Sours as they were delicious! He really knows flavour! I highly recommend Bocanáriz round the corner - a wine bar and restaurant that also does wine and food pairings. It was so good, I ate there twice.

In terms of class of hotel, I preferred one of the same rating that I had stayed in previously nearby. Bar was smaller than I expected, including the outdoor area. Nothing particularly negative about it, just wasn't really for me as I guess I prefer places a little more modern.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Santiago. Service impeccable, food in the terrace amazing and the bed comfortable. Decor was lovely and the cocktails were incredible.

The room was a bit noisy. You could hear everything outside the room which was not ideal. For a 5 star hotel they should really invest in better toiletries such as body wash and hair wash. The stuff they have is below par, it's also a huge amount of plastic waste as they haven't replaced them with refillable bottles like most hotels. Both Magnolia and Lastarria had better body wash and hair wash.

One of the best hotels we've ever been in! The room was huge with incredibly comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom. Couldn't have a better location with so many great bars and restaurants only a few minutes away. The staff were just incredible - from the moment we entered to when we left we were extremely well looked after. Would love to go back!

This hotel is fabulous & was a great end to our trip! Location is spot on but it's the staff that make it, they are all so welcoming & friendly & will do anything for you. We were there at the end of a 3 month trip so very much R&R for us, but would also be a great place to start in Santiago & the restaurant was also good.

The toiletries are weak, could be better!

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The scent around the hotel was a lovely touch - a very memorable one night stay (wish was longer). The rooftop is absolutely beautiful as well, you must go!
