The furniture in the room appears to be quite new and clean, room cleaning services was very thorough and tidy. Breakfast in the Sheraton Club was excellent because the ambient was nice and quiet. An adequate choices of fresh fruit and freshly brew coffee were available. Staff at the front desk was efficient and rendered impressive services. Other staff at the lobby were helpful and offered help and advice voluntarily. On the whole, our three nights stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to the entire team.

Exemplary service by KY and one worker delivering food to the room. After pointing out poor services and failure to deliver, everyone tried even with more failure to try to better the service and improve our stay. Our room was very well furnished, and the interior decor was outstanding (minus the paintings!). Chapeau to the kitchen staff who handled all in-room dining. The food quality and presentation is 10/10! Chamber maids need training but they constantly greeted us in the hallways--that was nice!

A few misunderstandings and lows in service at the club. Hygiene needs to be observed, also cleaning staff needs to learn common courtesy and to respect the guests space. A cleaner was cleaning under a workers foot! That guest may be okay or unaware of the symbolism behind cleaning next to someone while they eat, but to me it's considered rude. The club also needs renewing! The furniture and layout is quite dated! Also they must serve some of the snacks during the happy hour in the teatime instead of wasting and throwing away later!

-location is the highest point of this hotel for me, as it's very near many shopping malls and western food places. -staff, as always, was VERY helpful and friendly. This is also one of reasons i always stay here when going to canton fair. They are very well trained. -rooms are renovated and big. - breakfast is very good. Just think it lacks more milk options( example: non lactose milk/vegan milk), also i have some food allergies and it was hard to communicate with the staff about it -i went to yiwu for 4 days and they kept my luggage with many valuables.

-Gym is the same for many years now, i think it lacks a lot of equipments that handle different muscles, and it even has the space for it. Need more options asap. - concierge staff, specially night shift, speaks very little english, this is very bad as even simple help can take a lot of time. Saw a lot of guests struggling with it, including myself - changing money is only available at an atm machine, which has high fee's and it's very very very slow. -wish there were more lounge spaces with comfortable sitting spots and power plugs. I had a very late flight and had to check out much sooner, but the only place with decent confort to stay was at the restaurant.

During my stay at Sheraton Guangzhou, my husband had a medical emergency. I contacted the hotel, the hotel manager provided seamless assistance by calling the ambulance for us. Before I headed to the hospital, he also asked me to text him in case I need any help. When we were back from hospital, the hotel also provided some porridge for my husband. All the other hotel staffs including the housekeeping are also providing excellent service! Will definitely come back again!

We stayed at the hotel during my birthday.From check in to checkout,The staff were very friendly and helpful.They organized a little surprise for my birthday too which was amazing.Thank you . The location is great,close to everywhere.The breakfast buffet was nice ,so much to choose.We actually extended our stay for 2 more nights.

The Dinner buffet for the club members could be better choice/selection. Children under certain ages should not be allowed access to Spa and sauna rooms for safety matters.

The hotel was situated perfectly in TianHe with so many shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also really good! The staff was incredible helpful and helped accommodate, and even upgrade, us after an issue with the booking site. They really went above and beyond.

This isn’t the hotels fault but traveling during the May Day holiday was difficult and had lines/ higher prices for most things. However, they did a great job with getting the lines to move fast.

Swimming pool is really nice and the good thing is that it's open all day up to 22:00. Staff is very helpful and professional. Room was always clean and tidy after cleaning service. Breakfast buffet has many choices every day and it is also open till 10:30 so you can have longer sleep in the morning without worrying about missing it. Other facilities like the gym, tennis court and basketball court are also good and convenient. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall where you can find anything you need and there are lots of central streets with cool cafes around it.

Breakfast was very nice, I went to Canton Fair they got rides in the morning to go and in the afternoon to return the hotel, staff was super nice and the hotel seems new. Location is good.

a little bit pricey for what you are getting but was expected because the Canton Fair.

me and my husband have a very nice stay at sheraton, the room is totally out of our expectation, it is totally worth it. location is strategic, link mall beside, and very near to mrt station exit. hotel staff is polite and friendly. definetly will back again
