Most of the additional places, like duty-free shop, roof bar, Chinese restaurant, all day dining restaurant, ice cream bar, coffee/drinks bar was closed. I understand that it's probably because of not so many people in hotel, but still, you come there, read what do they have and in real life they don't.

Is near the airport and in front of the beach, the access to the beach is close by and the looks of the hotel reminded me.of Thailand

You need to cross the road to access the beach, there were no beach towels available in the beach area and there were no ma many shops around. The toilet in the bedroom kills all romanticism. Is basically open to the room so there is no notice / visual barrier other than a small glass

I really love the hotel itself. It's very beautiful. It's right beside a beach, the pool is amazing. Amazing buffet breakfast as well as option for buffet style dinner. But most importantly, this stuff where extra nice and extra helpful. Especially Wang ziling or lean. He went Out of his way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as I can possibly imagine he even.took the extra steps to check on me every day. This was definitely worth the stay. I would definitely be back.

It's been a month and our group of 6 are still praising how great n spacious our family suite were. Service efficient, breakfast in particular.. Excellent! Beach is right across e road, eataries surrounded with restaurant. Good location.

Can't find fault!

Immaculately clean and extremely spacious 3 bed apartment, with an enormous outside bath! Room service was fabulous. The staff were amazingly helpful.

Breakfast was adequate but not amazing. There were very few options for dinner at the hotel unless you ordered room service, which was good, but limited in choice. We ate out most evenings. There was a bar but it didn’t have many of the drinks listed. The beach was across the road, so no direct beach access or drinks on the beach! Not exactly as depicted in the write up.

The pools were nice although the main pool is mainly shaded with little sunshine getting to the pool chairs. Breakfast had a good selection. Rooms were clean. If you book an ocean view room ask for building 1 which has much better views of sunset

The hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel. Despite saying on this site that they are English friendly only one staff member spoke English. The cleaning staff were quite pushy and twice entered my room while I was napping even though I had the do not disturb button on. The chairs on the beach do not have cushions. The “all day restaurant” is only open for breakfast.

The family suite was very spacious, with two full-sized bedrooms, each with its bathroom, a big kitchen, a very large living/dining room, and a large sea view balcony equipped with a bath tub. Breakfast was very good, with various Western and Asian options, and several bean-to-cup espresso machines with milk frothers. The pool is large and sports two entertaining water slides for children. Keep in mind that the water temperature in the pool in winter time is chilly (pool is not heated), although it is proclaimed at 25C. There is a hot-water (38C) mini-pool available, quite often full. The staff were always very helpful and efficient.

The hotel sits on the beachfront, and is therefore subject to salty air, wind, humidity, and rain. It could definitely do with a full-scale renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, yet there are absolutely no dishes available. Bring your own if you plan to cook your own food!

Very large and comfortable rooms with spectacular views of the ocean. The pool was absolutely amazing--complete with slides and a giant hot tub and a cool obstacle course. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome too. Definitely coming back. The beach across the street was one of the best we found in all of Sanya!

There were some minor cleanliness/repair issues with the room, but overall a wonderful resort.

Too many restrictions in swimming pool, hotel staff speaks mainly in mandarin, only few staff persons communicate in English. Not enough restaurants around hotel.
