Cleaning staff are friendly. The gardening staff work so hard and the grounds are so beautiful! Breakfast is fantastic and I'm missing it already. Good, tasty room service which was quick and affordable.

The library was very warm with insects in. I think the price is a little high for the level of room quality, especially as the hotel is a long way outside the centre and not on the seafront. The balcony light could do with being a little brighter for reading.

I booked a family suite and it's very spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. The pool is wonderful for both kids and adults. Kids club has different activities everyday. Breakfast is excellent, plenty of food choices. Great location, less than 500m walk to the beach and there are local eatery and fruit shop around, very convenient! Staff are very friendly and helpful, speedy service when we ask for extra towel and blanket. Special thanks to concierge staff Allen 小郭，he's like a private concierge for us who gives advice on where to eat, where to play, book cars for us via WeChat. He'll greet us whenever he saw us at the hotel lobby. Highly recommend this hotel especially for family stay. We'll definitely stay again if we come back to visit Hainan.

Water easily splash out from the shower tub in our room. Usage of Visa/Master is not common ('generally in China, not specific to this hotel) so check in might take some time.

Room is spacious and clean with lots storage and hanging space including drying rack in balcony. The huge tv projector was a plus. Walking distance to mall and eateries. Easy parking. Staff at reception were friendly and patient. Very grateful for their extra effort to surprise my friend on her birthday.

Room furnishing dated but did not impact comfort. Small sink n stove top area without cutlery.

We had a great two bedroom sea view suite with a balcony. Good size and helpful to have a fridge, sink, bench space etc. Good sized pool and very good selection for breakfast, both western and Chinese. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Loads of local restaurants around. Starbucks in the same block. Big supermarket downstairs which was handy.

Shame the main pool was closed for so long. Original room description said balcony but it didn't have one. This was rectified quickly and with an upgrade.

The facilities and everything were excellent and helped me have a great summer holiday!!! My room was super comfortable and beautiful.

Other than the lady (Ms. Susie) who checked me in, I think all the staff need way more training. They cannot speak basic English and have a pretty unprofessional attitude.

We got free room upgrade, it was very nice to have room with sea view. The view was perfect, big balcony . Spacious room Quite big pool Breakfast was excellent too, you can find western choices here too

Swimming Pool and Breakfast were well received. Front Desk people working at the hotel were amazing and always smiling and helpfull. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

There could be more options for dinner and lunch provided beyond the BBQ.

I didn’t find that the staff spoke much English, and it was a little noisy, since it’s so close to the airport.
