We really liked our weekend at Pullman, the staff is really friendly, helped us a lot. There are several swimming pools, one of them is heated, 31-32 degrees, really nice. It was my birthday during our stay and hotel staff decorated our room and game me little presents, it was so sweet of them. Especially thanks to Eva, who took care of us during our stay there and Mickey for decorating the room. Definitely would spend another vacation here!

Overall it was very good. We stayed in the room with individual pool entrance. Clean, well equipped, plenty of things to do inside the hotel, such as trampoline, 3D game room, gym, small aqua park, tennis, kids rooms, pools and private beach area. They propose a variety of pillows to chose from, however, for us only two types remained, we've selected lavender pillow and it was good for me (quite hard and supportive). Food quality is good, variety is OK, breakfasts are very good. Personnel was helpful and responsive. Sara from reception gave her WeChat contact and helped in getting pillows quickly, as well as approving late check-out at 1 PM, she also arranged a welcome set of fruits and biscuits, very sweet. Beach was clean, except the last evening.

Warm pool was under permanent construction and out of service, no reparation activity was spotted there though. The pavement near it was damaged as well, so you had to walk all around another big pool to reach toilet or aqua park area. Food is pretty expensive, even compared to Western restaurants in the city centre. Sound insulation is not at a high level, especially the entrance door. Quite frustrating that a 5-star hotel asks to pay for everything, such as entertainment equipment for pool. Area around the hotel is not the best for walking and site seeing. It's good to run though, there is a dedicated road along the beach line.

The Pool selection was excellent. Each pool was very spacious and set in wonderful scenery. The heated pool was fantastic, especially as travelled in December. Highly recommend the Pullman! Perou (our host at reception) was amazing. She gave daily updates about the weather, checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable and made us feel really welcome! the food selection at breakfast was excellent. The beach access and all the facilities were absolutely fantastic! We definitely recommend the Pullman Oceanview to anyone wishing to visit Sanya!

Where to start....? :) We liked everything. First of all we received a great and personal service from the team. Easy communication, very fast response and extremely flexible. Thanks Ms. Perou for taking care of us! Never experienced a service like this before from a big hotel chain. Top class! We rented an apartment with 3 rooms. Those apartments are very convenient, clean and with a great view. Great showers. Breakfast has a big assortment, both Western and Asian food. Always enough food/drinks and always a table available. Several swimming pools. So it never felt over-crowed or too busy. Last but not least, great pick-up and delivery service from and to the airport. Very relaxed, very well organized.

If there is one thing we should mention which we would like to experience differently next time, it would be the mattresses on the beds. They are really hard, we definitely needed to get used to it.

Really enjoyed the stay. Service level was very impressive, the best I have experienced in China. Staff appear to genuinely care (eg Cindy in the restaurant to name one example). Beautifully designed hotel with trees and garden. Nice beach nearby and the coastline of Sanya bay has a calm sort of Beverly Hills feel to it. Arguably not as nice beach as Yalong Bay but the price reflects that. Great breakfast buffet and reasonably priced BBQ buffet (if you get the discount).

Too much plastic use - 4 water bottles and shower bottles every day for each of the hundreds of rooms. Gym was pretty miserable; no view, very few facilities and old. Seems using some cheap dairy in the kitchen; I stopped eating a cheesy omelet and a pizza halfway through they were so bad. Some behaviour of guests was slightly unpleasant, for example, a child was taken to pee in the corner of the outside dining terrace. Fish were fed by guests in spite of clear signage.

Light on balcony turned off at 9 pm, nothing to be done about it Chairs on the balcony completely uncomfortable There was a crack on the surroundings of the bath, on the balcony they fixed it. Glass walls and doors to the shower were in GLASS, no shades, or blinds. Who ever designs bathrooms with glass walls and doors, STOP IT!

it was great for our three young kids. however the cost for other activities prevented us from partaking. charging pool toys is not necessary. breakfast was good but became repetitive after 4 days. property location is good.

1) hard beds 2) no utensils for use in the apartment (need to pay for plates?) 3) slower service for apartments (30 minutes for chopsticks) 4) check out staff did not refund my deposit so I was charged extra overseas transaction fees. 5) lifeguards on duty using phones while on duty. 6) can’t use stove for apartment? what good is a kitchen if the only usable thing is a sink and fridge.

Super wonderful hotel especially there is one staff her name is Carrie she speak English very well and help us for free upgrade also she gave us her wechat and always follow us even in the night all swimming pool was amazing and access to beach is very easy even they put lift for that and we swim in the sea sure we will back to this hotel again

When you are choosing a hotel of this level, of course you expect a clean and nice room, a big swimming pool and everything else. This hotel is great in all of this and more, but what really makes the difference is the staff. Cindy is incredible, on the breakfast she could realize that my soon was not enjoying the drinking, so she came offer a hot chocolate for him (his favorite breakfast drink). This is just one example of many from her... Hanks, this guy is great! He gave me his phone contact and was always solving something for me, as example, one day I was not feeling well so he came to my room and played with my soon to let me rest, can you imagine a hotel staff like this? Bella, also no words to say thanks to all she did during my stay! Many other helpful staff that unfortunately I don't know the name, like the climbing playground guy that climbed with my son (not his job), because my son would like to go very high and I was tired or the kids activities girl that stayed with my soon while he was sleeping in a very nice hammock under the shadow while I was swimming (photo attached to the review). I went for a 3 nights stay and enjoyed so much that I ended staying 10 nights :-)

The beach is very suitable for babies. The hotel itself has nice swimming pools, especially the big one with some sand for kids to play. Interior has some good vibe of nature. Even if you are in the hotel room you can feel that you are still united with nature.

The place for testing in the hotel got closed. It was super inconvenient to go and get tested at the fruit market or the hospital. There was one place nearby but it was open just for a couple of hours per day and the staff couldn't give us the decent information about its working hours.
