Received a warm welcome and got upgraded to executive floor though without privileges. The check out procedure was seamless, too Nespresso machine in the room provides a self serviced hot coffee every day, nice! Location wise, it is near shopping centres, eateries and MRT. A convenient store is just across the road.

The only thing I would like to ask the hotel to improve is the signboard for drop off entrance / exit. The Didi car went wrongly twice according to the map, so we had to get off at the roadside and walked to the hotel, which was quite dangerous in SH with so many motorbikes on the road

Great location, plenty bars, shops, restaurants, tourist spots closeby. Room was a nice size, staff were very professional and helpfull, breakfast was very good and the leisure facilities also impressed. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Shanghai and look forward to trying some other Swissôtels during future travels based on this experience. I recommend this Hotel to anyone!

The hotel has unbeatable location and very quiet room. It has enough room space and very clean. The fitness center is a bit too classic and the swimming pool was under construction when I was visiting Service in this Hotel is wonderful, it is a great experience to stay in this hotel

the room was comfortable and having a bath and a shower , was fantastic. For me the convenient location and the local areas , with loads of eating and shopping options was great.

the TV channel selection was poor. There was only one English language channel and no movies etc. For English speaking news, the only news channel and ACN and it is not a true international station with global coverage.

The hotel location is just right in the middle of the city center. there are a lot of shopping locations around, food as well. The reception check-in staff Miss Hu is extremely helpful and friendly. and we got upgraded to the higher floor, the city night view is just amazing. housekeeping staff are also great, always greeting on the floor. Def will come back again next time to Shanghai

The staff was amazing! Had a small issue with the equipment the first day (my mistake, not an issue of the equipment) and it was immediately solved. I had a request shared with the very attentive and engaged staff, until my check-out received what I had asked for only once! Very well trained and caring staff making the stay a very nice experience! (But it is helpful to have some conversation skills in Mandarin) The room was clean and the long chair was a real asset to enjoy time relaxing and reading. Internet speed was good most time and access was very easy.

Although being 5-star, it felt like a family hotel with seemingly 80% of travelers arriving with kids, with a noise level in the lobby accordingly. Due to the building style, there is no proper insulation. The family in the room above with an active kid playing all day throwing things on the floor was sometimes bothersome. The pool is good for swimming, however, unfortunately, the no spitting rule at the pool is not properly enforced by the staff, taking out some of the comforts to use the facility. F&B is so-so, best to dine out - and there are plenty of options within 5 minutes walk.

Super location, room, indoor pool. We stayed for 20 nights (2 bookings) seeing family and enjoyed every minute.

Room service was disappointing. We did not like the throwaway plates and cutlery at all. My husband’s burger was nice if pricey, but my Swiss dish was frankly awful. If you are going to do this you must teach the local chefs.

location is the highlight of this place . Located in the heart of Shanghai , very popular place , near many shops , restaurants and malls , and the most important very close from Subway station lines 2,7 and 14 which allows you to be connected to the. whole city

Great staff and nice facilities. The Spa area with swimming pool is a big plus. Access to the executive lounge also much appreciated.

Better floor cleaning in the room. Too many dried in spots that I cleaned away myself.

A Fantastic hotel. Very convenient location, 2-3 min walking distance to subway and bus Stop. Next to JingAn temple and historical landmarks. There is a food market near the subway. Love the spacious room and clean swimming pools.
