Breakfast was wonderful! Plenty of food to choose from. The staff is very professional and helpful. Gym - insane gym! Probably better than my actual gym in my country. Room - very clean and comfortable, the clean lady always checks if everything is alright or if you need anything. The view from the room was amazing, i was on the 57th floor and it was absolutely heaven. Staff - professional staff all over the hotel. Pool - beautiful pool and spa. Location - very rich and clean area. Close to beautiful places and tasty restaurants.

Wifi - i guess because it's china the wifi is going through some filters so the bottom line is that the wifi is terrible. A lot of business people in this hotel including myself. I would expect the hotel to fix it. Coffee machine - never been in a hotel without a coffee machine in the room. It is expected for a 5 and 4 star hotel to have this in the room. Language - although the staff can speak some English i would love it if they can improve it for better and easier communication.

The team were simply amazing, Eason at the front reception helped in everyway possible, he guided us with information on courier, weighing our luggage and anything else we required. The team at the breakfast counter were outstanding. Our house keeper Rebecca was simply wonderful. Great team demonstrated great service all through our stay over 7 days. A great place to recommend, simply amazing facility and the staff are so nice, great to see such hospitality still going on strong and customers being valued. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The staff at the reception was always very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The view was amazing. The location was very convenient.

Now and then there seemed to be a bit of miscommunication going on. I would have expected for a hotel of this size and name to have more staff (next to reception) that at least speak a bit of English. However, it is only a suggestion, and has not affected my stay in a negative way. The pool and spa area however seem a bit outdated. Not very charming or welcoming to stay for a longer period (compared to the W in Shanghai).

I enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the room as well as the amenities of the hotel. I used the gym and health club most days during my stay, which made me feel great everyday. In particular, have a sauna and warm pool was particularly nice. The location is very convenient and the best of both worlds since you have a very modern mall with great dining options connected to the hotel and then when you cross the highway, you are basically in a charming low rise neighborhood that is more old Shanghai style with lots of cute restaurants and bars. If you need to take the metro, a huge metro stage is connected to the hotel too. The hotel staff were pretty helpful and I found that using Meituan delivery app was very convenient since there is a Meituan locker outside the hotel.

I do feel that the room in a hotel of this caliber should have a proper coffee machine. I felt disappointed that there was only instant coffee instead of a nespresso machine. The tea they provide is very tasty though.

We have been living here for 10 days and the hotel staff have been very considerate and helpful to me and my family. Staff from Liang Cafeteria, staff from Concierge department and staff who are in charge of room cleaning (I only know that her name is “Su Mei” at floor 43), all of them learn our habits and routines very well in a short time. To travel with two young kids is quite a challenging thing but all of them make us feel like home and we had a very good stay. The first time back to China after 5 years since covid, the hotel staff succeed in making us feel like home and we would definitely live here again if we come back to SH. comfortable beds, clean rooms and great location

We went to celebrate our 10 year anniversary since we are in Shanghai to visit my grandfather. They did their best for our experience, I’ve got nothing to complain about the hotel and the room we’ve got have a breathtaking view. The breakfast was good and there was flowers and amenities for our anniversary. The room was spotless and staff very well trained and kind.

Very helpful staff, who spoke English well. Spacious and quiet rooms with nice views of the city. Large, well equipped gym. Convenient location, building linked to Kerry centre and metro.

Carpet in room needs to be cleaned. Beds are quite firm but this is typical for China.

The room was very spacious and well thought out. It was very clean as well as kid friendly. The location was also close to shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was good enough but somehow it could have been better. For example, more different selections for each day. It was all the same during my stay. Improve the coffee quality, it tasted quite blend. Maybe provide a more stable Wi-Fi connection.
