Although the location is close to the airport, the traffic makes this distance more than 30 minutos away. Although Booking said that taxes were included in the rate, the property charged 19% extra as VAT.

Breakfast was very well prepared and appetising. Some odd foods I did not recognise , but plenty there to fill you up. Plenty of juices and yogourt. Clean and airey room for breakfast, but inevitably too much rice! Closes at 10 so no need to get up early. Price of the room was surprisingly cheap. The large bed was extremely comfortable. The cleaning service every day was unobtusive and always helpful. The rooms were very well soundproofed, except at the door where you could hear people on their phones. There are some small grocery stores and a hamburger place very nearby, but better still is an exito and dowdy shopping mall about 300m as you turn right out of this odd franca zona.

It is very close to the airport, el dorado as the crow flies. However, due to the arterial road arrangement , you have to backtrack if in a vehicle or taxi, so it takes a good 30 mins to get to the airport. Taxi takes you through a labyrinth of not very inspiring dwellings and the roads there are very potholed and lumpy.

Safe, comfortable, Exceptional breakfast and the staff at restaurant was very prompt to assist.

We liked the service at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very modern and nice. The room was spacious and we loved the shower.

The location is awful. It is run down and dangerous once you leave the Zona Franca. I would not walk at night around the area it is in. Also, every time we had to leave you have to pass by a checkpoint where you had to show them you were staying at the hotel since the hotel is in the industrial zone it is very regulated. The staff would always question why my sister didn’t have her own ID and I always had to explain we were sharing one room and you would get one ID per room. Even leaving the hotel, they asked for a paper from the hotel. A paper we never got, smh. It was a total pain in the ass leaving and entering the area. The location was awful and I would not stay here only for that. If it was located in a nicer location I would return to this hotel.

As a solo female traveller ideally i would not have had to wait as long (nearly 1 hour) at the airport for a taxi. The respondes to my requests we're quite slow and left me panicking and it tool a little while for a taxi to be available. Especially as the hotel is 20 minutes from the airport so i only ended up spending around 5 hours (not a lot of sleep!)

Great value for money and close to the airport. Our first room was very noisy and connected with a door to the next room, so we could hear the neighbour very well. We were kindly allowed to change rooms and this was better. Great breakfast and you can order special things aswell

It was a bit too cold in the room

I had a very short stay here, just few hours in between my flights. The hotel is good, clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast, quiet room. It is situated in a safe area( outside of the complex not so much) however it is not that close to the airport. You can easily spend 30 minutes to get there, with the traffic. The staff was polite and welcoming. They arranged a taxi for me to go to the airport.

The room isn't heated. If you go there in winter time, not that comfortable.

The hotel was pretty modern and clean. The front desk guy was a tad bit condescending, but that may have been just me. The rooms are nice and well equipped with everything that you need. The hotel is close to the airport. About a ten minute drive. But, it's far from the central area of Bogota. Something we did not factor in when booking. We got in late for check-in, around 10pm and there was absolutely nothing open in the entire area to get something to eat. It was recommended to get food through their version of Door Dash, but we didn't feel like doing that. Besides that, the actually accommodations were great.

Everything is closed by 10pm in the area.

Modern hotel in a secured area, very nice room, hot water, ok wifi, very good surprising breakfast, good restaurant inside the hotel (open until 9pm), close enough to the airport (about 20 minutes)

The area is business area. Nothing much to do there.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, they found us space to work online even though they didn’t have to, and generally helped us with all of our questions and concerns in a genuinely helpful way.

The breakfast was not varied or delicious, and the room had no wardrobe
